Abstract
[Problem] To provide a liquid cosmetic feeder which can be manufactured without depending on extrusion molding. To also provide a liquid cosmetic applicator such as an eyeliner, an eyebrow, a shadow liner, or a concealer capable of smoothly guiding and discharging a coating by using the liquid cosmetic feeder. [Solution] The liquid cosmetic feeder is used for a liquid cosmetic applicator. The liquid cosmetic feeder is formed by injection molding from a synthetic resin material. An extra-fine liquid cosmetic flow groove is formed on the periphery of the liquid cosmetic feeder.

Abstract
[Problem] To provide a direct liquid pen-type eyeliner that increases the feed rate of a liquid cosmetic P from a liquid cosmetic accommodation space to the pen tip, and does not cause the defect in which the liquid cosmetic leaks from the pen tip. A conventional outer capillary tube 42c has an insufficient capillary force, and therefore has the problem of being readily affected by a centrifugal G-force when the liquid cosmetic P contains a pearl pigment having a large particle diameter. [Solution] In this direct liquid pen-type eyeliner, a liquid cosmetic feeder 4 has a plastic core with a hybrid capillary tube in which an outer capillary tube 42c is formed on an outer peripheral side of the liquid cosmetic feeder 4 and an inner capillary tube 42b is formed on an inner peripheral side of the liquid cosmetic feeder 4. An annular cut portion is formed on a lateral face of the liquid cosmetic feeder 4 so that the liquid cosmetic P can be circulated to a pressure change buffer member via the annular cut portion.

Abstract
[Problem] Provided is a direct liquid pen-type eyeliner 1 in which a liquid cosmetic supply amount to a pen tip is increased from a liquid cosmetic housing space 3 without a defect occurring such as smudging of an eyeliner or generating liquid cosmetic leakage from the pen tip when the eyeliner is manufactured or when the eyeliner is used. [Solution] A direct liquid pen-type eyeliner 1, wherein a liquid cosmetic feeder 4 is a plastic core for forming a liquid cosmetic circulation groove, the core having a feeder outer cover 42a and capillary tubes, and a portion of the feeder outer cover 42a is cut in the feeder circumferential direction to form an annular cut part, thereby enabling the capillary tubes to circulate the liquid cosmetic, from the side surface of the feeder, through a liquid cosmetic circulation hole or an air circulation hole of a feeder holding cylinder 50.

Abstract
[Problem] To guide a liquid cosmetic smoothly to a brush section without causing large-particle-diameter particulate glitter to become clogged, and to discharge from the brush. [Solution] A direct liquid pen-type eyeliner, wherein a liquid cosmetic flow groove 59 along which a liquid cosmetic P passes is recessed from the inner circumferential surface of a feeder holding cylinder 50 radially outward from the feeder holding cylinder 50 and is formed on an inner circumferential surface of a main cylinder section 52 of the feeder holding cylinder 50 along the entire axial-direction length of the main cylinder section 52, and a flow structure of the liquid cosmetic P that communicates an application member and a liquid cosmetic accommodating space is formed in an inner circumferential surface of the feeder holding cylinder.

Abstract
A direct liquid type pen-shaped eyeliner capable of smoothly guiding and ejecting a coating material. A coating material feeder has a coating material discharge region positioned inside a hole portion of an application member and a coating material guide region positioned outside the hole portion and guiding a coating material in a coating material tank toward the coating material discharge region. An upper peripheral groove recessed from an outer peripheral surface toward an inside in a feeder radial direction as a radial direction of the coating material feeder, facing an inner peripheral surface of the hole portion, and allowing the coating material to flow in is formed of resin in the coating material discharge region.

Abstract
The present invention provides an applicator for coating materials, said applicator being capable of smoothly guiding and ejecting a coating material. A coating material feeder (4) comprises: a coating material discharge region (4a) that is positioned within a hole part (2a) of an application member (2); and a coating material guide region (4b) that is positioned outside the hole part (2a) and guides a coating material, which is held in a coating material tank, toward the coating material discharge region (4a). The coating material discharge region (4a) is provided with an upper circumferential groove (40) which is formed of a resin, and into which the coating material flows; and the upper circumferential groove (40) recesses from the outer circumferential surface of the coating material discharge region toward the radially inner direction of the coating material feeder (4), while facing the inner circumferential surface of the hole part (2a).

Abstract
A pressure fluctuation buffering mechanism includes a buffer space connected to a brush via a paint flow space (a paint tank and a paint feeder) through which paint flows. The pressure fluctuation buffering mechanism buffers pressure fluctuations in the paint tank by the flow of paint and air between the paint flow space and the buffer space. The pressure fluctuation buffering mechanism includes a first buffer space forming member for forming a first buffer space in the buffer space, and a second buffer space forming member for forming a second buffer space in the buffer space. The paint between the first buffer space and the paint flow space flows more easily than the paint between the second buffer space and the paint flow space.

Abstract
The pressure fluctuation buffering mechanism (180) is provided with a buffering space (K), which is connected to the brush (120) via a paint flow space (paint tank (140) and paint feeder (160)) through which paint flows. The pressure fluctuation buffering mechanism (180) buffers pressure fluctuations of the paint tank (140) by the flow of paint and air between the paint flow space and the buffering space (K). The pressure fluctuation buffering mechanism (180) is provided with: a first buffering space-forming member (183) for forming a first buffering space (K1) in the buffering space (K); and a second buffering space-forming member (184) for forming a second buffer space (K2) in the buffering space (K). Paint between the first buffering space (K1) and the paint flow space flows more easily than paint between the second buffering space (K2) and the paint flow space.
