Abstract
A laboratory weighing kit comprises two layers: a disposable paper-structured weighing boat in the upper layer and a corresponding-shaped weighing base in the lower layer. The weighing boat has a sample loading portion in the rear to carry chemicals or samples, and a funnel portion in the front to transfer samples. In order to consolidate storage space, either the front funnel can be opened to two portions or the back wall of the weighing boat is opened. The weighing boat can be creased to form a permanent fold. The weighing boat in the upper layer can be either removable from or permanently attached to the weighing base in the lower layer.

Abstract
The innovative glass flasks have a standard taper outer joint to fit the most commonly used glassware in chemical laboratories. Unlike the round bottom flasks, the innovative flasks with an external flat bottom can be kept upright on the bench without the flask holder support. The flasks can be held by a corresponding shaped cooling block or heating block to perform multi-flask reactions simultaneously on a magnetic hot plate stirrer without the use of clamps at various temperatures. It also ensures that the magnetic stir bars spin consistently and efficiently on a flat or a shallow hemispherical bottom when the flasks are offset from the center of the magnetic stirrer. The flasks can also resist fracturing under vacuum for solvent distillations.

Abstract
This invention incorporates barrel-shaped polymer-structured separatory funnels. The separatory funnels are made from an injection molding machine using cheaper plastic resins such as polypropylene, or polyethylene instead of glass in order to lower costs, so they are ready-to- use and disposable. The innovative separatory funnels have multi-functional features, which can be used as regular separatory funnels for liquid-liquid phase separation and extraction, as receiving receptacles to take the filtrate in a solid-liquid filtration apparatus, and also as flasks hooked in a rotary evaporator to evaporate solvents.

Abstract
The disposable polymer-structured filtering kit includes a disposable, polymer-structured filtering funnel with a stem having a distal tip. A flow discharge end is formed at the distal tip. Preferably, a polymer fritted filter disc is positioned in the funnel, providing filtering for liquids passing therethrough. The kit preferably also includes a glass vacuum take-off adapter having a port for connecting to a vacuum source for providing negative pressure. The adapter securely and snuggly receives the funnel and maintains position of the distal tip thereof with the flow discharge end below the port, thus preventing contaminants from entering the adapter. A reusable, glass round bottle flask or a disposable vial receives the adapter and the stem of the funnel. The funnel and fritted disc are formed from disposable materials, thus removing the necessity of cleaning them following use. The adapter is reusable, since no contaminants come in contact therewith during filtering.
