Abstract

A distributed drilling simulation system includes a choke manifold, a high pressure manifold, a blowout preventer console, a choke console, a remote console, a driller console, a teacher console and a graphic projecting unit, wherein the driller console, the remote console, the blowout preventer console, the choke console, the choke manifold, and the high pressure manifold are interconnected through a PPI (processor/peripheral interface) protocol. The teacher console is connected with the PPI protocol through a PPI interface. A communication program and a main control program run on a main control computer and a graphic processing program runs on a graphic computer. The invention has the advantages of realizing high-degree top driving drilling simulation, enhancing the field sense for teaching and training, shortening the training period and reducing the training cost.

Abstract

A portable drilling simulation system comprises a main control computer, a graphic computer, a flow plug console and a blowout preventer console. The main control computer, the graphic computer, the flow plug console and the blowout preventer console are interconnected via network and serial ports. The blowout preventer console comprises a blowout preventer control panel (1). On the left of the blowout preventer control panel (1) is provided a blowout preventer control area (2), on the upper right is provided a throttling manifold control area (3), and on the lower right is provided a high-pressure manifold control area (4). The flow plug console comprises a flow plug control panel (29). A main control program runs on the main control computer and a graphical processing program runs on the graphic computer. The regular blowout preventer console, the regular throttling manifold, the regular high-pressure manifold and the regular flow plug console are integrated into the portable drilling simulation system, thus the simulated operation of several apparatuses on one control panel is realized.

Abstract

A throttle manifold for drilling simulator is composed of throttle pipes and valves arranged thereon, and the horizontal pipes and the vertical pipes of the throttle pipes are intersected vertically. Many plate valves are provided on the horizontal pipes and the vertical pipes. The horizontal pipes include an upper horizontal pipe (2) and a lower horizontal pipe (3). Both ends of the upper horizontal pipe (2) are fixed on the frame (1). One end of the upper horizontal pipe (2) is provided with a separator outlet (4), and the other end thereof is provided with a spare outlet (5). The vertical pipes include an overflow feeding pipe (6), a hydraulically operated throttle pipe (7) and a manually operated throttle pipe (8). The lower ends of the overflow feeding pipe (6), the hydraulically operated throttle pipe (7) and the manually operated throttle pipe (8) are provided with an overflow inlet (9), a hydraulically operated throttle valve (11) and a manually operated throttle valve (12) respectively. The upper end of the overflow feeding pipe (6) is fixed on the frame (1). The invention has the following advantages: achieving the vivid simulation of the throttle manifold on the drilling field, enhancing the training effect, and reducing the training cost.
