MODULAR LOCKING CYLINDER AND KIT FOR A MODULAR LOCKING CYLINDER
A modular cylinder (1) for locks and the like, comprising at least one main unit (2) provided with a stator (3), which is designed to be rigidly coupled to an accommodation of a door leaf, and a rotor (4), which can rotate within the stator (3) by the action of a respective key (5) that is designed to align respective encoding pins when it is accommodated in a seat (6) of the rotor (4); the cylinder (1) comprises at least one actuation device (7), which is provided with a bit (8) which is functionally associated, when the cylinder (1) is installed in the door leaf, with a spring latch and/or a sliding latch and is coupled to at least one rotor (4) of a corresponding main unit (2). The main unit (2) comprises a seat (9), with shape and dimensions complementary to those of at least one threaded element (10) and with a through end opening (11) for allowing the coming out of an end portion (12) of the threaded shank (13) of the element (10); the seat (9) is defined in the part of the stator (3) that does not accommodate the rotor (4); the actuation device (7) comprises a threaded hole (7a), complementary to the threaded shank (13): the screwing of the threaded element (10) in the hole (7a) while it is accommodated in the seat (9) determines the mutual locking together of the main unit (2) and of the actuation device (7).
A forced entry-resistant lock of the type comprising a stator (2) within which a rotor (3) is rotatable, the rotor being provided with a longitudinal channel (4) along which respective coding pins (5) and driver pins (6) face each other and can slide within ducts (7) of the rotor (3) and the stator (2) which are perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the rotor (3). The channel (4) is adapted for the insertion of a key (8) shaped according to a predetermined code. At least one of the coding pins (5) has an axially symmetrical shape and comprises, at its end that abuts against the front of the respective driver pin (6) in the assembled configuration, a substantially disk-like head (9) having a larger diameter than the portion (10) of the coding pin (5) that is proximate to the head.

A lock (1) for fireproof doors and windows comprising a boxlike body (2) for containing movement means (3) for a bolt which is kept elastically in a configuration of partial protrusion from the boxlike body (2). The movement means are controlled by an element which can be actuated manually, such as a handle, a knob, a key, and the like. The lock (1) comprises a guiding and supporting element, which is integral with at least one portion of the box-like body (2), for an elastic member (4) which is kept in a fully deformed configuration by means of a shoulder unit (5), which can be coupled rigidly to the guiding element, against which one end (4a) of the elastic member (4) abuts. The shoulder unit (5) is constituted by material that can deteriorate above a predefined threshold temperature: upon the deterioration of the unit (5), the elastic member (4) assumes a less deformed configuration in which one of its ends (4a) abuts, even indirectly, against a portion of the bolt, forcing it into an arrangement of partial protrusion from the boxlike body (2).
An electric lock (1) comprising a box-like body (2) which accommodates at least one movement element for at least one bolt of the type chosen preferably between a spring latch (3) and a latch (4), at least one electrical device (5) which controls said at least one bolt, the lock (1) being suitable for installation in a closure element (6) which can move with respect to a corresponding opening (7), and furter comprising at least one component, chosen from the at least one movement element, a hinge (12) for coupling the closure element (6) to the respective opening (7), a slider (13) for coupling the closure element (6) to the respective opening (7), a carriage for coupling the closure element (6) to the respective opening (7), comprises an electric generator (14) of a type suitable for the conversion of kinetic energy, of a relative movement between distinct parts of the at least one component, into electric power. An electrical storage unit which powers the device (5) is at least one supercapacitor (15). The lock (1) comprises an electric circuit for connecting the output leads of the electric generator (14) to the at least one supercapacitor (15), optionally with the interposition of an assembly (16) for the adjustment and adaptation of the electrical parameters of the electrical signal that reaches the leads of the at least one supercapacitor (15).
An electronic closure system (10) for doors and the like, comprising a standalone electronic code lock (12), associated with a door (14), and a code input device (18a, 18b), operated by a user (20), wherein the standalone electronic code lock (12) comprises an electronic control unit (22), a memory (24), and an electronically controlled mechanism (26). The electronic control unit (22) of the standalone electronic code lock (12) is configured to: receive in input an opening code (16) which originates from the code input device (18a, 18b); - convert the opening code (16) into a corresponding binary number (30) which comprises a bit sequence (30); - divide the bit sequence (30) into a plurality of portions (32a-32g), each portion (32a-32g) comprising one or more bits selected according to a bitmask (32), each portion (32a-32g) being an information item (36a-36g) of an ordered set of information items (36); and - verify whether the ordered set of information items (36) meets one or more access conditions and, in case of a positive outcome of this verification, actuate the opening or release of the electronically controlled mechanism (26), opening the standalone electronic code lock (12).
A break-in resistant cylinder lock (1) of the type comprising a stator (2) which is provided with a substantially cylindrical longitudinal cavity (3) for accommodating a rotor (4) with a longitudinal seat (5) for the insertion of a key (6). The rotor (4) and the stator (2) comprise a plurality of channels (7), which are substantially aligned and facing when the cylinder (1) is in the locked configuration. The channels (7) accommodate respective pins (8), counterpins (9) and optional elastic means (7a) that are adapted to prevent the rotation of the rotor (4) in the stator (2) in the absence of the key (6) from the longitudinal seat (5). At least one of the counterpins (9) comprises at least one external bushing (10) which is provided with at least one respective through hole (11) at the head and at least one contoured inner insert (12) that can slide within the bushing (10) and which is provided with a protruding terminal projection (13) with shape and dimensions that are complementary to those of the through hole (11) of the bushing (10) in order to slide within the hole (11).
A modular lock (1) comprising at least one control unit (2), which is controlled by a respective key (A) and is constituted by a stator (3) and by a rotor (4); the rotor (4) is provided with a slot (5) with shape and dimensions that are complementary to those of the key (A) and with at least one moveable pin (6), which can move within a substantially radial channel that also extends into the stator (3), the pin (6) being adapted to mutually couple/decouple stator (3) and rotor (4). The unit (2) comprises at least one bit (7), which is functionally associated with the rotor (4) and is adapted to mechanically actuate the sliding bolt controlled by the lock (1). The base of the at least one unit (2) comprises a longitudinal through hole (8) and the base of the bit (7) comprises a threaded longitudinal cylindrical channel (9): in the assembled configuration the hole (8) and the channel (9) are aligned and accommodate a coach screw (10) which is engaged on the threading of the channel (9) for the mutual clamping of the at least one unit (2) and of the bit (7). Between the at least one control unit (2) and the bit (7) at least one spacer element (11) is interposed, which is provided with a longitudinal through conduit (12) at its base and with an idle cylinder (13), which is aligned with the rotor (3) and provided with means for coupling thereto, for transferring the rotary motion of the rotor (3) to the moveable element of the bit (7) in order to mechanically actuate the sliding bolt controlled by the lock (1).
A lock (1) and related key (2) which comprise a stator (3) within which a rotor (4) can rotate, said rotor being provided with a longitudinal slot (5) within which respective pins (6, 7) are substantially mutually opposite. The slot (5) is adapted for the insertion of the key (2) which is provided with a seat (8) for accommodating a respective freely orientable lever (9), which is adapted to actuate the pins (6, 7). The freely orientable lever (9) of the key (2) comprises a substantially flattened free end (10) the thickness of which is less than that of the key (2): the free end (10) is provided with at least one contoured protruding band (13) at one of the side edges of at least one of its faces. The longitudinal slot (5) of the rotor (4) comprises, at its end portion, a pit (14) for the temporary accommodation of a respective contoured protruding band (13) of the key (2). The stator (2) and the rotor (3) comprise radial holes (15, 16) which define, in a configuration of mutual alignment, a conduit that faces the side surface of the longitudinal slot (5): the conduit accommodates elastic means (17), a respective counterpin (18), and a pin (19) which is adapted to abut against a side edge (20) of the key (2).
A cylinder lock (1) and a key (2) thereof, the lock (1) comprising a stator (3) within which a rotor (4) can rotate which is provided with a longitudinal channel (5) inside which respective pins (6, 7) are arranged substantially mutually opposite. The channel (5) is adapted for the insertion of a key (2) provided with a seat (8) for the accommodation of a respective lever (9) which can be oriented freely and is adapted to actuate the pins (6, 7). At least one of the pins (6) is constituted by a concave ogive (10) and a contoured grub (11) which has an end (12) whose shape and dimensions are complementary to those of the internal cavity (13) of the ogive (10). Axially acting elastic means (14) are interposed between the ogive (10) and the grub (11) for their respective mutual spacing in conditions of absence of external forces applied to the grub (11) toward the ogive (10). The stator (3) comprises a recess (15) whose shape and dimensions are complementary to those of the terminal front of the ogive (10) for the temporary accommodation of the front; the recess (15) is aligned with the hole (16) of the rotor (4) within which the ogive (10) and the grub (11) are arranged. At least one elastic element (17) is interposed between the stator (3) and the at least one additional pin (7) for the forcing thereof within the longitudinal channel (5). Following the insertion of the key (2) in the longitudinal channel (5), the end of the pin (7) and a head (18) of the grub (11) abut against the lever (9), with consequent partial inclination thereof with respect to the key (2) in the configuration for free translation of the pin (6) within the hole (16) of the rotor (4), without protrusion of the front of the ogive (10) with respect to the contour of the rotor (4) during the rotation thereof.
A cylinder lock (1) and a key (2) thereof, the lock (1) comprising a stator (3) within which a rotor (4) can rotate which is provided with a longitudinal channel (5) inside which respective primary pins (6, 7) are arranged substantially mutually opposite. The channel (5) is adapted for the insertion of a key (2) provided with a seat (8) for the accommodation of a respective lever (9) which can be oriented freely and is adapted to actuate the primary pins (6, 7). At least one of the primary pins (6) is constituted by a bushing (10) and a contoured grub (11) which has at least one segment (12a, 12b) of its contour whose shape and dimensions are complementary to those of the internal cavity (13) of the bushing (10). Axially acting elastic means (14) are interposed between the bushing (10) and the grub (11) for their respective mutual spacing in conditions of absence of external forces applied to the bushing (10) toward the grub (11). The stator (3) comprises a recess (15) whose shape and dimensions are complementary to those of the terminal front, in a radial direction, of the primary pin (6) for the temporary accommodation of the front; the recess (15) is aligned with the hole (16) of the rotor (4) within which the bushing (10) and the grub (11) are arranged. At least one elastic element (17) is interposed between the stator (3) and the at least one additional primary pin (7) for the forcing thereof within the longitudinal channel (5). Following the insertion of the key (2) in the longitudinal channel (5), the end of the primary pin (7) and a head (18) of the bushing (10) abut against the lever (9), with consequent partial inclination thereof with respect to the key (2) in the configuration for free translation of the primary pin (6) within the hole (16), without protrusion of the front of the primary pin (6) within the recess (15) of the stator (3).
A locking assembly (1) for latches (2) which comprises at least one main casing (3) which defines seats for the slideable accommodation of at least one latch (2) which is coupled to a respective actuation rod (4) which is integral with a lock. An antipanic device (1) comprising a boxlike body (2) on which a movable component (2a) is articulated which is of the type chosen from a handle, a touch bar, a push bar and the like, and which accommodates at least one sliding rod (3) for the actuation of the at least one closure element, of a type chosen from a bolt, a spring latch, a latch and the like. The device (1) comprises at least one kinematic assembly (4) associated with the boxlike body (2) functionally associated with the rod (3), temporary retention means of the type of an electromagnet (5), normally supplied with electric power for magnetic attraction in the configuration for locking a tab (6) of the at least one kinematic assembly (4) made of ferromagnetic material, and at least one control and management unit (7), controlled by at least one sensor (8) for detecting the position of the rod (3) and for controlling the power supply of the electromagnet (5). Following a partial translation of the rod (3), which corresponds to the actuation of the movable component (2a) by a user to open the device (1), the at least one sensor (8) signals the translation to the unit (7) and the unit (7) interrupts the power supply of the electromagnet (5) for the release, within a predefined and settable time, of the tab (6) of the kinematic assembly (4), freeing further translations of the rod (3) for the retraction of the at least one closure element.
An adjustment assembly for multipoint locks (2), comprising a boxlike body (3) suitable for the functional accommodation of an actuation device, which is interconnected, by means of appropriate kinematic systems, with at least one component chosen from at least one bolt (4), at least one latch (5), and at least one transmission element (6) which is associated with respective actuation rods (7) for peripheral closure elements. The assembly (1) comprises - at least one sleeve (8), which is threaded internally and is freely pivoted on a component chosen between the at least one transmission element (6) and a respective rod (7), - at least one appendage (9), which is associated with a component chosen between an actuation rod (7) and the respective transmission element (6) provided with a threaded portion that is complementary to the portion of the sleeve (8) and can be accommodated therein. The rotations of the at least one sleeve (8) produce a mutual translation of the at least one rod (7) with respect to the corresponding transmission element (6), with consequent mutual approach and spacing.
A modular cylinder (1) comprising at least one main unit (2) provided with a stator (3), designed to be coupled rigidly to the seat of a leaf, and a rotor (4), which can rotate within the stator (3) by virtue of the action of a respective key designed for the alignment of respective coding pins which is accommodated within a seat (5) of the rotor (4). The cylinder (1 ) comprises: at least one transmission element (6), which can be coupled in series to the main unit (2) optionally with the interposition of other transmission elements (6); at least one actuation device (7), which is provided with a bit (8) which is functionally associated, when the cylinder (1) is installed in the respective leaf, with at least one component chosen between a spring latch and a bolt; the actuation device (7) is interposed between at least two components chosen between the main unit (2) and a transmission element (6); at least one connecting bar (9), which is arranged in a substantially longitudinal direction and can be coupled rigidly and detachably to all the components of the cylinder (1); at least one spacer (10), which is coupled to the connecting bar (9) and is aligned with the actuation device (7); at least one means (1 1) for locking the at least one main unit (2) on the connecting bar (9), for the compaction in the configuration for use of the unit constituted by the at least one unit (2), the at least one transmission element (6) and the at least one actuation device (7). A soundproof lock (1) that comprises a box-like body (2) for accommodating at least one actuation element (3) for at least one sliding latch (4) which is pivoted on an inner wall of the box-like body (2) and can move between an extracted configuration and a retracted configuration with respect to the box-like body (2) as a result of corresponding translations of the element (3) along a path inside the box-like body (2) which is defined by at least one first slot (5) thereof within which at least one first plug (6) is engaged which is integral with an inner wall of the box-like body (2). The actuation element (3) comprises at least one contoured second slot (7) for the slideable accommodation of a peg (8) for pivoting the at least one sliding latch (4); the sliding latch (4), at the peg (8), is provided with at least one eccentric projection (9) which can be accommodated, in the configuration of total extraction of the sliding latch (4), in a respective recess (10) of the second slot (7). At least one rocker arm (11), which is pivoted on an inner wall of the box-like body (2), comprises an end tab (12) which is contoured and adapted to abut on a corner (13) of the edge of the sliding latch (4); the abutment of the tab (12) on the corner (13) blocks the rotation of the sliding latch (4). A seat (14) of the lateral edge of the element (3) is aligned with a protruding tooth (15) of the at least one rocker arm (11); a translation of the element (3) causes the abutment of the tooth (15) against the seat (14), with forcing of the rotation of the rocker arm (1 1) and distancing of the end tab (12) from the corner (13) of the sliding latch (4). An element made of deformable material (18) is interposed between the wall (16) of the box-like body (2), on which the sliding latch (4) abuts with a face (17) thereof in the configuration of total extraction, and such face (17), for damping the impact between such components during the extraction of the sliding latch (4).

The method consists of identifying the IoT device as a normal contact/user of a messaging system in use by at least one user; sending messages, of substantially standard type, by way of a communication apparatus (5), of the type preferably chosen from among a computer, a tablet computer, a telephone, a smartphone, a smartwatch and the like, to the IoT device for the control thereof, by the at least one user; receiving messages, of substantially standard type, from the IoT device on the at least one user's communication apparatus (5) for the communication, to the at least one user, of information about the status of that IoT device.

A break-in resistant lock cylinder (1) for a cylinder lock, comprising a stator (3) which is provided with a substantially cylindrical accommodation (4) for a rotor (5). An indicator assembly (1) for ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of panic handles and bars (2). The handles and bars (2) comprise a frame (9), which is integral with the installation leaf (3), for supporting an actuation device (10) that controls a closure element (5). The groove (19) is provided with an inclined portion (20) and with an offset recess (21) for the accommodation of the projection (18) in the locked configuration of the sliding latch (7). The retraction of the tab (9) causes the forcing of the tooth (1 1) on the arm (12), with consequent rotation of the cam (13) and lifting of the arm (14): this causes the translation of the movement element (16) by means of the protrusion (15). Such translation causes the egress of the projection (18) from the offset recess (20) of the groove (19) with consequent free retraction of the sliding latch (7), and of the spring latch (6) which is mechanically coupled thereto, following an external force applied thereto.

A break-in resistant cylinder (1) comprising a stator (3) provided with a substantially cylindrical receptacle (4) for a rotor (5). The arrangement for retention has the least one pin (7) partly in the rotor (5) and partly in the stator (3), causing the locking of the rotor (5). A lock (1) for doors that comprises a box-like body (2) provided with at least one spring latch (3) and at least one sliding latch (4) both of which can perform a translational movement from a configuration of accommodation within respective inner cavities (5), to one of protrusion from the front edge (6) of the box-like body (2). The lock (1) comprises at least one removable module (7) provided with at least one component selected from an assembly for accommodating a handle (8), a cylinder (9) that can be actuated by means of a corresponding key, a spring latch (3), and a sliding latch (4).
An electric lock (1) of the type comprising a box-like body (2), provided with at least one front opening (3) for the passage of at least one spring latch (4) which is movable from a retracted configuration to a protruding configuration. The lock (1) comprises at least one electrical actuator (5), which is functionally associated with the spring latch (4) for the movement thereof, the actuator (5) being provided with at least one component at least partially made of a material of the type of a shape memory alloy. The simultaneous arrangement of the pins partly in the rotor (4) and partly in the stator (2) determines the locking of the rotor (4), and the alignment of a terminal edge of the pins with the interface surface between stator (2) and rotor (4), obtained through the insertion of an adapted key (7) with a contoured profile into an opening (6) of the rotor (4) that faces the channels (5), determines the free rotation of the rotor (4) with respect to the stator (2). At least one of the pins is constituted by a pair of substantially complementary valves (9, 1 1) which are provided, along at least one respective mutual coupling surface, with at least one respective profile (10), the first valve (9), and with at least one corresponding counter-profile (12), the second valve (1 1). The first valve (9) can perform a translational movement with respect to stator (2) and rotor (4), and the second valve (1 1) can perform a translational and rotational movement, along a preset angular stroke, with respect to stator (2) and rotor (4). The second valve (1 1) comprises abutment means for a specific utensil (13) pertaining thereto through an auxiliary duct (14) of the rotor (4) that faces the abutment means.

An adjustable strike plate for locks that comprises at least one profiled plate (2), substantially rectangular, provided with at least one through opening (3) and with means (4) for fixing to a jamb. According to the invention the strike plate (1) comprises two plates, one upper one (5) and one lower one (6). Conveniently, the width of the opening (7) of the lower plate (6) is substantially less than the width of the opening (8) defined in the upper plate (5). Moreover, in the installation configuration the opening (7) of the lower plate (6) is comprised within the outline (9) of the opening (8) of the upper plate (5). At least one adjustment unit (10) is arranged between the upper plate (5) and the lower plate (6), for the selective translational movement of the lower plate (6) with respect to the upper plate (5). The upper plate (5) comprises a seat (11) for the movable reception of the adjustment unit (10) when the outer, surface (12) of the upper plate (5) is coplanar with the outer face (13) of the unit (10) itself. The unit (10) comprises at least one protrusion (14) which is inserted in a respective seat (15) in the lower plate (6): a movement of the unit (10) determines a shift of the protrusion (14) and, consequently, of the lower plate (6) with a modification of the position of the opening (7) of the lower plate (6) with respect to the opening (8) of the upper plate (5).
METHOD FOR THE CONTROL AND MANAGEMENT OF KEYS FOR ACCESS TO SPACES DELIMITED BY ELECTRONIC LOCKS AND THE LIKE, AND DEVICE THAT CAN BE ENABLED AS A KEY ACCORDING TO THE METHOD
A method for the control and management of keys for access to spaces (3) delimited by electronic locks and the like, comprising the steps that consist in: requesting, with a computer (4) connected over a specific data communications network to a specific key generation server (5), a string which constitutes the opening key for a respective electronic lock (6), in association with specific credentials of the recipient of the key, the credentials comprising the telephone number of the recipient; creating the string that constitutes the key in the key generation server (5); sending over a line the data (8) of the string that constitutes the key to a mobile phone (2), provided with an NFC (acronym of Near Field Communication) function, of the recipient; saving the string of data (8) that constitutes the key on the mobile telephone (2), to use it by means of the software for the management of the NFC function in order to enable the opening of the lock (6).
A lock assembly (1) comprising at least one command unit (2), which is driven by a respective key and constituted by a stator (3) and by a rotor (4): the rotor (4) is provided with a recess (5) of a shape and size that are complementary to those of the key. The unit (2) comprises at least one pin for the mutual coupling/decoupling of the stator (3) and the rotor (4), the pin being movable inside a channel that is substantially radial and extends also into the stator (3), and moreover it comprises at least one bit (6), which is operatively associated with the rotor (4) that is designed to mechanically actuate the bolt driven by the lock assembly (1). The lock assembly (1) according to the invention comprises at least one extension element (11), which is interposed between the at least one command unit (2) and the bit (6), and constituted by a main body (12) which has a longitudinal cavity (13) for rotatably accommodating a casing (14) for holding an inner shaft (15). The casing (14) has a first contoured end (16) which is rigidly coupled, directly or indirectly, in the assembled configuration, to the rotor (4) of a unit (2) and a second contoured end (17) which is rigidly coupled, directly or indirectly, to the bit (6). A rotation of the rotor (4) which is imposed by an actuation thereof by means of the respective key produces a rotation of the casing (14) and, therefore, of the bit (6), with respect to the stator (3) and to the main body (12) which are mutually fixed and integral.
A variable use lock (1) comprising a box-like containment body (2) that is provided with front openings (3) for the passage of a protruding body (4) that can be at least partially retracted and which is associated with a movable element (5), inside the box-like body (2) contrasted by respective elastic means (6). The lock (1) comprises removable means (7) for fixing the protruding body (4) on the movable element (5) and an abutment (8) for the elastic means (6) that act on the movable element (5). The abutment (8) is movable between a first locked configuration of the elastic means (6) against the movable element (5) to a second unlocked configuration in which the elastic means (6) do not act on the movable element (5). The protruding body (4) can be removed, following decoupling from the removable fixing means (7), and can be substituted with another one, following the removal and substitution of the respective elastic means (6) as well, when the abutment (8) is arranged in the second unlocked configuration.
A break-in resistant lock (1) comprising a box-like containment body (2) provided with openings (3) along one of its perimetric faces for the passage of at least one spring-latch and at least one bolt. The bolt- is actuated by means of a respective band that performs a translational motion and in turn is actuated to perform a translational motion by way of the rotations of at least one key; the rotations of the at least one key are dependent upon the movement into the disengagement configuration, with respect to an adapted fixed pivot on the band, of a plurality of combination plates, each constituted by a lamina and a complementary lamina which are mutually mated and can be uncoupled by means of a lever system (4) which is operated with a tool (5) from outside through a respective hole (6). The lever system (4) comprises a translating rod (7) and a contoured arm (8) which can rotate with respect to a pivoting axis (9). The rod (7) can move from a first inactive configuration, in which one of its edges (10) is substantially aligned with and proximate to a portion (11) of the arm (8), preventing its rotation, to a second enabling configuration, in which, by means of the tool (5) inserted in the hole (6) in axial compression of the rod (7), an end (12) of the rod (7) rests on a tab (13) of the arm (8), which is substantially eccentric with respect to the axis (9). In this second configuration the arm (8) is turned through a predefined angle and interferes, by means of its end stem (14), with the complementary laminas for their uncoupling from the respective laminas.
A multi-key lock (1), comprising a box-like containment body (2) provided with openings (3) along one of its perimetric faces for the passage of at least one spring latch and of at least one bolt (4). The bolt (4) is actuated by means of a respective translating band (5), which is actuated so as to perform a translational motion by means of the rotations of at least one key (6); the rotations of the at least one key (6) are dependent on the movement into the disengagement configuration, with respect to a pivot (7) that is fixed on the band (5), of a plurality of coded plates (8). The lock (1) comprises at least one movable element (10), which is provided with at least one protrusion (11); the element (10) is movable, as a consequence of an external action applied by means of a tool (U), between at least one first configuration, in which the at least one protrusion (11) is aligned with a respective coded plate (8) and the plate (8) is substantially blocked so as to rest thereon, and a second configuration, in which the at least one protrusion (11) is spaced from the respective plate (8) and said plate (8) is free to perform a translational motion as a consequence of rotations of the key (6).
A multiple-key lock (1) of the type that comprises a box-like containment body (2) provided with openings (3) along one of its perimetric faces for the passage of at least one latch and of at least one bolt (4). The bolt (4) is actuated by means of a respective band (5) that performs a translational motion and is actuated so as to perform a translational motion by means of the rotations of at least one key (6); the rotations of the key (6) are dependent upon the movement into the disengagement configuration, with respect to a suitable fixed pin (7) on the band (5), of a plurality of coded plates (8). The lock (1) comprises at least one sliding shaft (10) that has at least one protrusion (11). The shaft (10) is movable between a first configuration, in which the at least one protrusion (11) is aligned with a respective coded plate (8) and the plate (8) is substantially locked so as to rest thereon, and a second configuration, in which the at least one protrusion (11) is spaced from the respective plate (8) and the plate (8) is free to perform a translational motion as a consequence of rotations of the key (6).
A management and control unit (1) for enclosed spaces, the enclosed spaces (2) comprising an entry door (3) provided with a suitable lock (4) and at least one system (5) controlled by at least one controlled switch (6). The lock (4) comprises, on the outer side, a first reader (7) of a key (8), which is functionally associated with an actuator (9) for extracting/retracting the at least one locking element (10) such as a bolt and/ or a latch, and on the inner side a control unit (11) provided with a seat (12) for the stable accommodation of the key (8), with a second reader (13) of the key (8) and a unit (14) for transceiving data to a suitable control center (15), which controls at least one of the systems (5) of the enclosed space (2) that comprises the door (3) on which the lock (4) is installed. An easy mounting lock assembly (1), in which the lock (2) is of the type that comprises a frame (3) associated with the anchoring surface. A latch (4) is movable with respect to the frame (3) and is guided by the frame (3): the latch (4) is functionally associated with respective actuation lever systems (5) controlled by an actuation element. The lock assembly (1) comprises a contoured plate (7) provided with means (8) for coupling to the respective anchoring surface and provided with selective locking elements (9) for the frame (3). The frame (3) comprises elastically deformable portions (10) designed to engage detachably, in the mounting configuration, with at least one part of the locking elements (9). (Figure 1)
An antipanic push-bar (1) comprising a casing (2) that is jointly connected to the installation door (3) and accommodates the actuation mechanisms (4) of an internal locking system for the engagement and disengagement of its locking elements (5) in respective seats of a corresponding complementary locking system, and a movable slider (6) that can perform a translational motion from a protruding configuration to a retracted one, parallel to itself along suitable guides (7) of the casing (2), for the actuation of the mechanisms (4) for actuating the locking system. The movable slider (6) has at least one external lamina (8), which can slide along at least one corresponding outer surface (9) of the casing (2). The outer surface (9) of the casing (2) comprises a substantially flat portion (10), along which the lamina (8) can slide, and a substantially curvilinear portion (11) proximate to the area for anchoring to the door (3).
A lock (1) with double keyhole (2, 3), particularly for the security of residential uses, comprising a box-like containment body (4) provided with suitable lateral openings (5), for the passage of at least one spring latch (6) and of at least one bolt (7), with a plurality of substantially laminar members (8) that are functionally associated with a first cylinder, operated by a respective key and accommodated in a first keyhole (2), with a rotatable element (9), for the engagement of a handle, which is associated with the at least one spring latch (6) by means of lever systems and is designed for the movement of the spring latch (6), and with a latch (10) that is functionally associated with a second cylinder, which is operated by a respective key and is accommodated in a second keyhole (3), and comprising a plate (12) that performs a translational motion and is functionally associated in an upper region with the rotatable element (9) and in a lower region with a laminar member (8) that is jointly connected to the bolts (7) by means of a carousel (13) that is pivoted, in another point, to the box-like body (4). The arrangement of the latch (10) in a preset positioning configuration, set by the second cylinder, produces a misalignment between an abutment member (14) of the rotatable element (9) on the translating plate (12) and the plate (12) itself, with consequent mutual uncoupling thereof; the rotation of the rotatable element (9), consequent to the rotation of the handle, causes the retraction of the at least one spring latch (6) and of the at least one bolt (7), unless the latch (10) is in the preset positioning configuration, in which the rotation determines only the retraction of the at least one spring latch (6).
A universal lock (1) for swing-doors, of the type comprising a box- like body (2) for containing a movement cylinder (3) that is associated with a respective actuation key, a rotating bush (4) associated with a handle, suitable lever systems (5) for the translational motion of at least one latch (6) and of at least one bolt (7), functionally associated with the handle and the cylinder (3), and a pivot (9) that protrudes, biassed by elastic transmission means. A break-in resistant lock (1) comprising a box-like body (2) for accommodating a plurality of contoured plates (3) provided with a respective portion which is suitable for detachable engagement on a corresponding area of a rod (4) which can perform a translational motion and supports, at its free end (5), at least one bolt (6) which can retract jointly with the rod (4). The plates (3) can perform a vertical translational motion by way of the action of the key and release the translational motion, when they are lifted, of the rod (4) and of the bolts (6) for their retraction and protrusion. At least one of the plates (3) is constituted by a respective rear plate (7) and by a respective front tumbler (8), which are mutually coupled by means of a complementary contoured portion provided on their mutually facing edges (9). The front tumbler (8) comprises a protruding arm (10), which is interposed between the front of the rear plate (7) and a protective housing (11). The at least one plate (3) provided with the at least one seat (8) is able to oscillate, about a guiding pivot (10) rigidly coupled to the box-like body (2), from a first configuration for mutual engagement of the at least one seat (8) with the respective at least one protrusion (9), as a consequence of external break-in actions aimed at retracting the rod (4) and the bolts (6), in which translational motion of the plates (3) is not allowed and therefore the rod (4) is locked, to a second inactive configuration, in which the seat (8) and the protrusion (9) are spaced and the translational motion of the plates (3) is free and therefore the rod (4) can be extracted and retracted.
An antipanic lock (1) comprising a box-like containment body (2) provided with lateral openings (7), for the passage of at least one latch (8) and at least one bolt (9), a plurality of substantially laminar elements which are functionally associated with a cylinder (10) actuated by a respective key, and a rotating element (11) for the engagement of a handle which is associated with the latch (8) by means of lever mechanisms and is designed to move it. The lever mechanisms interposed between the rotating element (11) and the latch (8) comprise a rod (12), which has an end (13) which can be associated with the latch (8) in order to move the latch (8), the rod (12) being provided with at least one lower portion (14) for mating with at least one respective abutment (15) which is rigidly coupled to the rotating element (11). The rod (12) can tilt, by way of the action of a mechanism which can be actuated by a user, with respect to its end (13), from a first configuration, in which at least one portion (14) thereof is substantially aligned with the at least one abutment (15), to a second raised configuration, in which the at least one portion (14) is separate and spaced from the at least one abutment (15), not interfering with it in any point of its stroke during the rotation of the rotating element (11).

A lock (1) with associated key (6), of the type comprising a stator (2) provided with a substantially cylindrical longitudinal cavity (3) for accommodating a rotor (4) with a longitudinal recess (5) for the insertion of a coded key (6). The rotor (4) and the stator (2) comprise a plurality of channels (7), which are substantially aligned and face each other when the cylinder (1) is in the closed configuration: the channels (7) accommodate respective pins (8), complementary pins (9) and optional elastic means (7a) intended to prevent the rotation of the rotor (4) within the stator (2) if the key (6) is not present in the longitudinal recess (5). At least one of the pins (8) has at least one substantially lateral protruding tab (10), whose upper edge (11) is suitably contoured. The key (6) has a cross-section that is complementary to the cross-section of the longitudinal recess (5) when the pins (8), at the regions aligned with the tab (10), are in a configuration for disengaging the stator (2) and the rotor (4), accommodating with contact the end of the pins (8) in respective coding recesses (12) and the contoured rim (11) of the corresponding tab (10) on complementarily shaped portions (13).
A cylinder (1) with associated key (6), comprising a stator (2) provided with a longitudinal cavity (3) for accommodating a rotor (4) with a longitudinal recess (5) for the insertion of a coded key (6). The rotor (4) and the stator (2) comprise channels (7), which are substantially aligned and face each other when the cylinder (1) is in the closed configuration, for accommodating respective pins (8), complementary pins (9) and any elastic means (7a). The rotor (4) comprises at least one second passage (10), which is not aligned with respect to the channels (7) and faces, in the closed configuration of the cylinder (1), a corresponding cavity (1 1) of the stator (2), the passage and the cavity accommodating at least one respective movable peg (12), whose head (13) rests against the blade edge (14) of the key (6) when the key is inserted in the recess (5). The key (6) is provided with suitable contoured regions (15) on its blade edge (14) at the surfaces that face said pegs (12) when inserted in the recess (5). Each peg (12) has its base (16) inside the respective cavity (11) so as to block the rotation of the rotor (4) with respect to the stator (2) when a key (6) lacking the corresponding contoured regions (15) is inserted.

The open ends (10b, 11b) of the two sleeves (10, 11) face each other and rest against each other by way of the action of at least one elastic element (14) which is accommodated within the seats (12, 13) and is rigidly coupled to the bottom (12a, 13a) of the seats (12, 13).

At least one of the tumbler pins (9) comprises a bush (10) and a spike (11); the stem (12) of the spike (11) has a smaller diameter than the inside diameter of the bush (10) and is longer than the bush (10). The spike (11) is arranged so that its head (13) is directed toward the bottom of the channel (7) of the stator (2) and rests against the elastic means (7a) and the free end (15) of the stem (12) rests against the lower surface of the coding pin (8). The lower surface of the bush (10) rests against the collar (14) of the head (13) of the spike (11) proximate to the coupling of the stem (12).
