Abstract

Electromechanical solenoid actuator comprising a coil housed in an armature made of ferromagnetic material with a perimeter development that facilitates a path for conveying the magnetic field generated by the coil generating a mechanical force by induction onto a movable element or movable core sliding within the coil. The actuator comprises an armature composed of two portions, which can be separated from each other and complimentary in shape so as to allow an axial insertion into the armature, thus making the steps of assembling the actuator components quick and easy.

Abstract

A proportional angle seat fail-safe valve assembly (100) comprising a valve (1), a motor (2) and control means (4) of said valve assembly, said valve being of the normally closed type and fit to be operatively connected with said motor; wherein said valve comprises a valve casing (10) provided with a fluid inlet (10a) and a fluid outlet (10b) connected in a fluid-mechanic way through a shaped ledge (10c), wherein said valve further comprises a shutter (11) mirror-shaped in respect of said ledge, so as to break the fluid-mechanic connection between inlet and outlet; wherein said valve further comprises a coupling (12), in which a plunger (13) is operatively connected at one end (13a) with said shutter and at the opposite end (13b) with said motor; wherein said plunger is operatively connected with at least a spring (14) for moving said shutter in a closed condition (C) by moving said plunger and said shutter, wherein said motor is fit to move said shutter to an open condition (A); and wherein said control means are configured to cause said motor to release said shutter to the closed condition (C); the control mean comprise measuring means (40) of the position of said shutter, capable to differentiate the position of said shutter in an open condition and in a closed condition, and wherein said measuring means are configured to reset the value of the position of said shutter as a closed condition (C) once said shutter is released by said motor.
