Abstract

A door closer capable of adjusting its closing speed, including a gas adjusting apparatus arranged on the door frame, a driving apparatus arranged on the door, and a lever is provided. One end of the lever is movably connected to the gas adjusting apparatus, and the other end is connected to the driving apparatus. The gas adjusting apparatus includes a sliding rail arranged on the door frame, and a sliding member cooperated with the sliding rail; a hermetic chamber is formed by the sliding member and the sliding rail, an adjusting member, for adjusting the exhaust of the hermetic chamber, is configured on a side wall of the hermetic chamber. The lever is movably configured on the sliding member.

A door closer capable of realizing self-control positioning has a cylindrical housing, a piston, a spring and a pull rod; the piston is built in the cylindrical housing and connected and fastened with one end of the pull rod; the pull rod is sheathed in the spring, and the two end parts of the spring respectively are in contact with a sealing lid of the piston and the cylindrical housing; the door closer further has a self-control positioning mechanism having a cylindrical outer sleeve a control part and a locking part; the cylindrical outer sleeve is connected and fastened with the cylindrical housing; the control part and the locking part are linked by a clutch and joined together; the locking part and the pull rod are linked by a clutch, and the pull rod is provided with a series of grooves which can be clasped with the locking part.

Abstract

A novel hollow glass device with a built-in window shutter includes an inner glass layer, an outer glass layer, a window shutter sandwiched between the inner and outer glass layers, and a frame sealing and connecting the inner and outer glass layers. The window shutter is formed by connecting a plurality of blades by a turning cord in series, and the frame is provided with a window shutter lift mechanism and a window shutter turning mechanism. The window shutter turning mechanism employs a rigid component as a transmission structure, which is not liable to deformation and extension phenomena and loosening and is firm, practical and reliable, thereby ensuring long-term normal use of the hollow glass device. The hollow glass device is overall structurally compact and conveniently and quickly operable, and therefore can easily be further spread and used in more broad fields.

Abstract

The smart lock according to the present utility model has the following advantageous effects: 1. the smart lock exhibits a simple construction, less transmission components and easier manufacture and assembling, and is not liable to damage and easy to maintain; 2. the smart lock has a manual locking and unlocking function and is easy to operate and meanwhile has an electrical locking and unlocking function of ordinary smart locks, it is of low cost, safe and reliable and can be extensively applied to home and office anti-theft apparatuses.
