Abstract

While promoting the Silk Road eXpress (SRX) line, which connects the Silk Road with a new railway of 20,000 km or more from the Korean Peninsula to Europe, in order to serve as a continental bridge connecting the Korean Peninsula, which is the starting point of the new Silk Road, with Europe, Asia, and the Pacific, there have been problems to be solved regarding different voltages and locomotive control systems between countries, as well as rail track gauges that differ from country to country and the use of different tracks (standard gauge and broad gauge). The rail gauges of major countries differ slightly, and Russia, Finland, and others use a broad gauge (16) (1524 mm), while Europe, South Korea, North Korea, China, Iran, Iraq, Morocco, and others use a standard gauge (1435 mm) (15). Thus, trains between countries cannot run interchangeably due to the use of different gauges, which leads to a technical problem. The present invention for improving the above problem provides a Eurasian wheel inclined tread structure (5) capable of freely rolling and running on the standard gauge (1435) and broad gauge (1524) sections of a railway by extending a wheel tread along an inclined tread section (1/20) of a wheel and configuring rail guides on the inner and outer sides of the wheel and a Euro turnout for branching a rail track, which is a railway, by improving same such that the wheel of the present invention can run.

Abstract

The present invention provides an air conditioning system for improving heat dissipation performance. The air conditioning system for improving heat dissipation performance includes a refrigerant flow pipe through which a refrigerant for achieving a certain cooling temperature flows. The air conditioning system includes: an upper body part in which a fan is installed; a lower body part which is disposed below the upper body part and in which an inverter module is installed in a first region; and a plurality of unit electronic devices arranged in a second region of the lower body part, the second region being located near the first region. The refrigerant flow pipe forms a path that surrounds the inverter module and the periphery of the plurality of unit electronic devices. According to the present invention, a refrigerant pipe through which a refrigerant flows is extended to cool the inverter module and other unit devices, such as EMC, DCL, and CM choke, thereby improving heat dissipation performance and reducing the size of the system.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a detection and application method for predicting derailment behavior of a wheelset by calculating the contact force and friction force acting between wheels and rails and calculating the axle load and lateral pressure by using the vertical force and horizontal force acting on the wheelset of a bogie of a railway vehicle. In other words, in order to detect the vertical force and horizontal force transmitted to the axle through a primary suspension device while a train is running, four LVDT (digital) displacement sensors are installed vertically and horizontally on each wheelset suspension device, and after applying a characteristic value of the primary suspension spring to each measured displacement to obtain the vertical force and horizontal force, the vertical force and horizontal force are converted into frictional contact force acting between the wheels and rails by using a formula presented above. This frictional contact force is used to obtain the axle load (P) and the lateral pressure (Q) necessary for calculating a derailment coefficient, and at the same time, a derailment type is determined from the frictional contact force of each wheel.

Abstract

In the promotion of a silk road express (SRX) line that connects a new railway silk road running about 20,000 km from the Korean Peninsula to Europe, using, in order to act as an intercontinental bridge that is the starting point of a new silk road and connects Eurasia and the Pacific, rail tracks that having different track gauges in different countries, in addition to different voltages and locomotive control methods between the countries, on the basis of those of the Republic of Korea, has been technically problematic. In order to resolve a technical problem in which: the rail track gauges of the major countries are slightly different; a track gauge, which is the spacing of rails, is a broad gauge (1,524 mm) in Russia, Finland and the like, and is a standard gauge (1,345 mm) in European countries, South Korea, North Korea, China, Iran, Iraq, Morocco and the like; and the countries use the different track gauges so that trains cannot compatibly travel between the countries, the objective of the present invention is to provide a Eurasian train wheel structure having a broader wheel tread inclined section (1/20-1/40) of a train wheel, and having a new outer flange formed in addition to a conventional inner flange so as to be capable of freely rolling and traveling in standard-gauge and broad-gauge sections.
