Abstract

A compound of formula (I) R2 R3 1 R R4 N N R5 n (I) for use as a medicament. The medicament is suitable for the treatment of conditions such as cancer, keloids and granulomatous skin disorders, psoriasis, pathological neovascularization, excessive hair growth and excessive body weight and for inhibition of stem cell proliferation and induction of differentiation after spinal cord injury and CNS diseases. A method of treat- ing a mammal by administration of a compound of formula (I).
