Abstract

The present invention targets a thermochemical reactor (20) comprising at least one heat transfer fluid inlet (21) and one heat transfer fluid outlet (22), at least one reactive fluid inlet (23) and one reactive fluid outlet (24), housings (25) for receiving solid reactant (26) that is capable of reacting with a reactive fluid and housings (27) for passage of heat transfer fluid, each housing (25, 27) comprising at least one inlet and at least one outlet of said housing (25, 27), said receiving housings (25) and said passage housings (27) being joined alternately one by one, each housing (25, 27) being delimited by two thermally conductive separator plates (28) extended along parallel planes, one of said two separator plates (28) being in common for each pair of joined housings (25, 27).

Abstract

The invention relates to a device for heating and/or cooling a medium contained in a compartment, comprising a reactor (1), a reservoir containing a fluid able to change states in a determined temperature and pressure range, and means for circulating gaseous fluid between the reactor (1) and the reservoir, as well as - a rigid enclosure that contains a reactive medium able to absorb and desorb said fluid in the gaseous state through a thermochemical reaction, - means (13) for diffusing said gaseous fluid in and from said reactive medium, - heat transfer means (14) between said reactive medium and said outside medium. The enclosure of the reactor (1) is formed from two bodies (11) assembled by a peripheral flange (3), at least the first of which adopts the general shape of a cap with a circular or quasi-circular straight section that contains said reactive medium in the form of at least one block (12) hugging the general shape of said cap.
