Abstract

The invention relates to a monitoring system for glass-forming machines and the container transport thereof, using artificial vision, which is formed by: at least one image acquisition device (1), arranged outside of the machine (M) and outside of the transport (T), which captures images continuously; signal acquisition devices (2) in the machine (M) and/or the transport (T), which detect synchronisation signals during the operation thereof; a control unit (3) that receives/classifies/analyses the images and synchronisation signals, commanding an actuator module (5) to emit alert/alarm signals and to halt the production process or other devices if it detects incidents during production; and a user interface (4) for configuring various operating parameters and displaying the images sent by the image acquisition device (1), the synchronisation signals sent by the signal acquisition devices (2), the alert/alarm signals and the corrective actions sent by the actuator module (5).
