Abstract

Method for displaying the time in a wristwatch furnished with an electronic display (4) allowing the display of a simulated mechanical watch movement and of time indicators (20) so as to simulate a mechanical watch. The time displayed is advantageously calculated on the basis of the simulation of the movement and depends on the acceleration measured by an accelerometer.

Abstract

The invention relates to a wristwatch (1) comprising: a digital matrix display (4); a two-dimensional sheet of touch-sensitive glass (3), provided with a plurality of electrodes (10, 11, 12) for detecting the movements of at least one finger in two different directions; a processing circuit arranged so as to interpret the signals from said electrodes and to scroll cards on said display (23, 220-225, 210-213) in order to permanently replace the initially displayed card (23) with another card; wherein the scrolling direction depends on the direction of said movement.
