Abstract
Provided are a control system and a method for sensing collaboration. In the method, a target region is detected from a first image through a processor. The first image is obtained by a color camera. The target region corresponds to a first coordinate information. Next, the first coordinate information is converted to a second coordinate information through the processor. The second coordinate information corresponds to an imaging plane of a time of flight camera. A depth value corresponding to the second coordinate information is obtained from a depth information through the processor. The time of flight camera obtains the depth information. A sensing data of the target region is determined according to the depth value through the processor. In this way, the disclosure combines the advantages of different sensors and enhances the precision of target positioning in a three-dimensional space.

Abstract
A road safety assistance method and system are provided. In the method, license plate information and wheel information of a neighboring vehicle are identified from an environmental image. Then, a vehicle type corresponding to the license plate information and the wheel information is determined, which includes comparing the license plate information with an encoding information, and comparing the wheel information with a specification information. The encoding information indicates a relationship between at least one of a numbering rule and a color of a license plate and a corresponding vehicle type, and the specification information indicates a relationship between at least one of a quantity, a size, a distribution, and a wheel distance of wheels and a corresponding vehicle type. Therefore, the accuracy of vehicle type identification is improved through dual information sources, so as to provide more reliable road safety assistance for a mobile vehicle.

A handheld electronic device includes a device body, a display screen, a dynamic sensing unit, and a control unit. The display screen is rotatably disposed on the device body along a first rotation axis and has a display surface. The dynamic sensing unit is disposed on the device body and adapted to sense an inclination angle of the display surface relative to a horizontal plane, and the horizontal plane is perpendicular to a direction of gravity. The control unit is coupled to the dynamic sensing unit and the device body. When the inclination angle is less than a predetermined angle, the control unit controls the device body to prohibit the display screen from rotating along the first rotation axis relative to the device body. Otherwise, the control unit controls the device body to allow the display screen to rotate along the first rotation axis relative to the device body.

Abstract
A computing method for obtaining slack variables in an objective function is applied to a quantum computing device. Through the use of the reinforcement learning method, a first function is obtained. Through the first function, the slack variables solution of the problem's objective function in the QUBO form are found. Consequently, the objective function in the QUBO form is optimized to be used for quantum annealers or digital annealers. Since the number of variables in the objective function is significantly reduced, the complexity of the problem is directly reduced. Furthermore, the annealer has the capability to handle more complex problems and find a high-quality solution more efficiently and accurately. Consequently, the purpose of obtaining the optimal value of the objective function can be achieved.

Abstract
Disclosed are a power conversion device and a method for power conversion. A voltage conversion device includes a voltage input terminal, a voltage output terminal, a voltage detection selector, a buck conversion circuit, and a bypass control circuit. The voltage detection selector detects whether the input voltage is greater than a predetermined voltage to generate a first enable signal and a second enable signal. The buck conversion circuit receives the second enable signal. When the second enable signal is enabled, the buck conversion circuit converts the input voltage to a converted voltage that is less than or equal to the predetermined voltage, and provides the converted voltage to the voltage output terminal. The bypass control circuit receives the first enable signal. When the first enable signal is enabled, the bypass control circuit provides the input voltage from the voltage input terminal to the voltage output terminal.

Abstract
An image cropping and processing method for adjusting an aspect ratio involves identifying coordinates of the human being in the initial image to define a human body coverage area and a first focal coordinate. The, using the first focal coordinate as a center point to define a cropping frame having a second aspect ratio, and the cropping frame corresponds to the human body coverage area and is enlarged according to a ratio parameter. The coordinates of a face of the human being in the initial image are identified to define a facial coverage area a second focal coordinate.
