The present invention discloses a thermoplastic polyolefin elastomer composition and a thermoplastic polyolefin elastomer artificial leather prepared therefrom, and the thermoplastic polyolefin elastomer artificial leather can be applied to laser weakening. The thermoplastic polyolefin elastomer composition comprises a main component and talc powder, and based on the total weight of the main component as 100 parts, the thermoplastic polyolefin elastomer composition comprises 2.2-6 parts of talc powder. In the present invention, the applicant unexpectedly found by means of a lot of experiments and research that by adding talc powder to the thermoplastic polyolefin elastomer composition, and controlling its content to be 2.2- 6 parts (based on the total weight of the main component as 100 parts), the infrared transmittance of a thermoplastic polyolefin elastomer skin layer prepared therefrom can be effectively reduced, so as to ensure that the thermoplastic polyolefin elastomer artificial leather prepared therefrom can be well applied to laser weakening, which effectively reduces leakage phenomenon.
