A post-natal absorbent hygiene slip, comprising an absorbent core and a chassis (1) comprising a front panel and a back panel and multiple elastic elements including waist elastics (3), leg elastics (4), elastics in the front and/or back panels of the slip (5), and leg cuff elastics (6), wherein said slip further comprises one or more supportive elastic element (11) at least in the front panel of the slip, said one or more supportive elastic element (11) being attached to the chassis (i) at first and second waist suspension points (13, 15) in side-seam areas of the slip not more than 2 cm from the waist edge (19) and (ii) at a lower suspension point (17) being distanced from the waist edge (19) of the slip by at least length L/4 of the length (L) of the open form of the slip.
