Abstract
A lace is described herein. The lace includes a structure of elastic material, the structure having at least two pairs of opposite sides. A first pair of opposite sides includes a first side having alternating concave and convex portions and a second side having alternating concave and convex portions. A second pair of opposite sides includes a first side having alternating concave and convex portions and a second side having alternating concave and convex portions. A distance between a peak of each of the convex portions and a trough of each of the concave portions of the first pair of opposite sides is at least two times greater than a distance between a peak of each of the convex portions and a trough of each of the concave portions of the second pair of opposite sides. The lace may be used with a sport footwear.
