Abstract

Embodiments of the present application provide a bolt, and a system and method for real-time monitoring of a loosening angle of the bolt. The bolt comprises a bolt main body, a resistance wire, and a contact assembly. The resistance wire is annularly sleeved on the bolt main body. The bolt main body is rotatable relative to the resistance wire. The contact assembly is arranged on the bolt main body and is electrically connected to an external circuit. The contact assembly is slidably connected to the resistance wire, so as to change the resistance value of the resistance wire connected to the external circuit. The method for monitoring of a loosening angle of the bolt comprises: fastening the bolt main body to connect the contact assembly to a measurement circuit; a data acquisition system acquiring the resistance value of the resistance wire connected to the measurement circuit; a data processing apparatus processing the resistance value of the measurement circuit; and the data processing apparatus outputting a resistance change value of the measurement circuit and, according to a preset formula, outputting the loosening angle of the bolt main body. The bolt has a simple structure and is convenient to use. The loosening condition of the bolt can be monitored in real time or regularly, and the rotation angle of a loose bolt can be obtained by means of analyzing the change in the resistance value.

Abstract

Provided in the embodiments of the present application are a multi-information-fusion-based binocular ranging method and system for an autonomous rail rapid transit. Parameters of a binocular camera are calibrated A laser emitter and the binocular camera are properly mounted according to a safety early-warning distance and are corrected. A road image is input into a target detection algorithm, a target is output, and an image position of the target is determined. An SGBM stereo matching algorithm is called to calculate a parallax. An initial ranging distance of the target is calculated according to a focal length, an optical center distance and the parallax. Due to changes in a road environment and non-linear effects of camera imaging, when the target moves to a position at the safety early-warning distance, a reference baseline formed by two beams of linear structured light is used to calculate a ranging calibration coefficient at the current moment. The calibration coefficient is used to correct an initial ranging result of the target to obtain a final ranging result, thus improving the binocular ranging precision for an autonomous rail rapid transit.

Abstract

Embodiments of the present application provide a hand brake system and a railway vehicle. The system comprises a hand brake body, a tension averaging mechanism, a movable pulley mechanism, steel cables, and lever amplification mechanisms. A tension output end of the hand brake body is connected to a tension input end of the tension averaging mechanism; two tension output ends of the tension averaging mechanism are respectively correspondingly connected to two tension input ends of the movable pulley mechanism by means of the steel cables; two tension output ends of the movable pulley mechanism are respectively correspondingly connected to tension input ends of the two lever amplification mechanisms by means of the steel cables; and the lever amplification mechanisms are respectively provided on the corresponding basic brakes, and a tension output end of each lever amplification mechanism is connected to a brake rod of the corresponding basic brake. Use of the tension averaging mechanism realizes dual-axle application of braking force, and when the braking force of one axle is stuck, the braking force of the other axle can still be normally applied, thereby ensuring normal operation of the vehicle.

The carriage comprises: a vehicle body; side wall panels (2), connected to the vehicle body; vertical cover panels (3), the tops of the vertical cover panels (3) being connected to the vehicle body, and side edges of the vertical cover panels (3) being connected to the side wall panels (2) in an insertion manner; and a side top panel (4), the top of the side top panel (4) being connected to the vehicle body, and the side top panel (4) being connected to the vertical cover panels (3) in an insertion manner. The carriage and rail vehicle are able to improve the convenience of assembly and disassembly of the vertical cover panels (3).

Abstract

Disclosed are a carriage, and a rail vehicle of the carriage, the vehicle comprising a plurality of carriages connected end to end. The carriage comprises a vehicle body profile (500), wherein at least one vehicle window (600) is arranged on the vehicle body profile (500), and the vehicle window (600) is installed on the vehicle body profile (500) by means of a connecting member (700). The vehicle body profile (500) comprises: a first surface (510), the vehicle window (600) being arranged at a position close to a first end of the first surface (510); and a second surface (520), the second surface (520) being vertically arranged at a second end of the first surface (510) and opposite the vehicle window (600), wherein the connecting member (700) is arranged between the second surface (520) and the vehicle window (600), and the connecting member (700) is detachably connected to the second surface (520). Compared with a bonding connection means in the related art, the detachable connection means can save installation and disassembly time and improve the operation efficiency.
