Abstract

A remote operation and control system for a pressure filter; a PLC controller (2) in a pressure filter (1) body is connected to the interface of a GPRS-DTU communication network (3); the aerial (4) of the GPRS-DTU communication network (3) is linked to a communication tower (5) via a signal; the communication tower (5) is connected to a GGSN communication interface (6) and an SGSN communication interface (7), forming a GPRS communication network; the GPRS communication network is connected to the wiring port of a router (8); a wire connects to a firewall (9) via the router (8), and enters the wiring port of a switch (10); an industrial Ethernet (11) is configured to connect to the wiring port of the switch (10). The remote operation and control system for a pressure filter achieves unattended operation on the working site of the pressure filter, thus improving the technical level of the control system.

Abstract

Disclosed is an apparatus for rapid cake discharge and filter cloth cleaning of a filter press. The apparatus comprises a support frame, a filter plate part, a rapid cake discharge part and a filter cloth cleaning part, wherein the support frame comprises a central beam (19); the filter cloth cleaning part comprises spray lances (26) capable of achieving a change in elevation relative to the central beam and nozzles (25, 27) mounted on the spray lances; the filter plate part comprises a filter plate set composed of more than two filter plates (6) and a filter plate drive part, filter plate spacing plates (7) being installed between the filter plates (6), and the filter plate set being drawn apart and compacted together under the drive of the filter plate drive part; the rapid cake discharge part comprises filter cloths installed between adjacent filter plates (6), the filter cloths being installed on the spray lances (26) by means of a filter cloth hanging bar (5), and the lower ends of the filter cloths being provided with filter cloth weight rods (20); and the filter cloth cleaning part further comprises spray lance spacing plates (3) mounted between the spray lances (26).

Abstract

Disclosed in the present invention is a scraper device for discharging a filter cake on the filter plate of a pressure filter, which comprises a fixed bracket part and a movable carriage part, wherein the fixed bracket part comprises a frame structure made up of a transverse beam and a vertical bracket beam (1), and the movable carriage part comprises a frame structure made up of a movable carriage base (3), a bottom transverse beam (19) of the movable carriage, an upper transverse beam (12) of the movable carriage and an upright column (18) of the movable carriage. The device also comprises a hoist rack part and a scraper part. The hoist rack part is mounted in the movable carriage, and comprises an upper transverse beam (31) of the hoist rack and a bottom transverse beam (32) of the hoist rack which are connected with each other by an upright column (17) of the hoist rack. A hoist slide plate (13) is provided to connect with a connection plate (35) of the hoist rack, and the hoist slide plate is connected to a chain (16) movably. Scrapers (21) are placed at both sides of the filter plate, and position limiters (14) are placed in the movable carriage part and the hoist rack part. The position limiters are connected to a clamping proximity switch (15) and an unclamping proximity switch (20).
