Abstract

A glass reinforcing furnace comprises a furnace body, a base, and an angle adjustment module. The base is movably disposed inside the furnace body and used to place a carrier carrying a plurality of pieces of glass. The angle adjustment module is connected to the circumference of the base and is used to adjust inclined angle of the base relative to the horizontal plane. The present invention further provides a working method of a glass reinforcing furnace and an operating method of a glass reinforcing system. A glass reinforcing furnace in which the present invention is applied can effectively improve the degree of warpage of glass after reinforcement.

Abstract

A continuous tempering apparatus comprises a bracket (110), at least a tempering furnace (120) under the bracket, and at least a preheating/annealing furnace (130) setting on the bracket removably. The tempering furnace (120) comprises: a first furnace body (121) having a first opening (1211) on its top; a first movable furnace lid (123) sliding on the top of the first furnace body (121) for sealing the first opening (1211). The preheating/annealing furnace (130) comprises: a second furnace body (131) having a second opening (1311) on its bottom; and a second movable furnace lid (133) setting removably on the bottom of the second furnace body (131) for sealing the second opening (1311). When the preheating/annealing furnace moves right above the tempering furnace, the first and the second moving furnace lid are both opened to connect the cavities of the preheating/annealing furnace and the tempering furnace and forming a closed space. The continuous tempering apparatus has improved working efficiency and quality rate of the workpiece, and has high security performance.
