Abstract

In the present invention, an expanded housing (2) comprising an outer tubular section (2a), a center-top tubular section (2b), an annular ceiling section (2c), and a center-bottom tubular section (2d) is a plastic, integrally molded product. Vertical plate rib sections (2h) for increasing strength are similarly integrally molded between the outer tubular section (2a) and the center-top tubular section (2b). The upward inner pathway region (B) of housed contents is set to the center-top tubular section (2b). In the housing cover (28) provided in a shape encircling the bottom of the expanded housing (2), an outer pathway region (A) is formed continuing from the top-end inner space region of an inner sac-shaped vessel (1g) to a downward inner pathway region (B) in the space with respect to the outer peripheral surface of the expanded housing (2). Also, a mortar-shaped piece (28k) enters each top inner space region set between adjacent vertical plate rib sections (2h) and acts as the entrance section of the outer pathway region (A), and thus residual air between vertical plate rib sections is reliably discharged.

Abstract

Provided is a foamable aerosol composition which is easily emulsified by shaking a container thereof even in cases where a poorly water-soluble active ingredient is blended therein at a high concentration, and thus can be sprayed as a uniform composition. Specifically provided is a foamable aerosol composition which is composed of a material solution and a liquefied gas. The material solution contains an active ingredient, a surfactant, a monohydric alcohol having 2 or 3 carbon atoms and water. The surfactant contains a polyoxyethylene-added fatty acid ester and a nonionic surfactant having an HLB of 8-19. The liquefied gas is a poorly water-soluble liquefied gas. The blending ratio of the material solution to the liquefied gas is from 60/40 to 10/90 (weight ratio), and the material solution and the liquefied gas are emulsified with each other.

Abstract

A sealing structure which seals a container body and an aerosol valve without providing a seal member between them. An aerosol container employing the seal structure comprises a bottomed cylinder like container body and an aerosol valve firmly fixed to the opening of the container body. The seal structure between the container body of the aerosol container and the aerosol valve is formed of a valve support portion of the container body and a step portion of the aerosol valve. The aerosol container is manufactured by deforming a corner of the step portion into a curved surface shape from a square shape by applying an annular force to the step portion from a convex surface by plastically deforming a lower part of a cover cap and a part of the container body while pushing the cover cap downward.

Abstract

A spray nozzle and an aerosol product which form a spray pattern (F) in which the difference in density between the center and the periphery of the pattern is reduced. The nozzle (10) for an aerosol device is formed so that the outline of a spray pattern (F) in the spray direction has substantially semi-parabolic lines. The shape of the spray pattern (F) is a planar or plate-like shape surrounded by the outline having the semi-parabolic lines and by the center line (C), and sprays having the planar shape are arranged about the center (C) of the nozzle at equal intervals in the circumferential direction. The cross-section of the spray pattern (F) can be in various shapes, such as an I-shape, a Y-shape, an X-shape, a V-shape, and an S-shape, depending on the shape of a slit path (14) in the front face of the nozzle (10).

Abstract

Provided are a sealing structure that seals without providing a sealing material between the main body of the container and the aerosol valve, aerosol containers provided with the sealing structure, and a manufacturing method for the aerosol containers. The aerosol container (10) comprises a main container body (11) with a closed-bottom cylindrical shape and an aerosol valve (12) that is fastened to the opening of the main container body. The seal between the main container body (11) and the aerosol valve (12) of the aerosol container (10) is formed by a main container body valve support (14) and a tiered aerosol valve part (28).

Abstract

Disclosed is a method for producing a low-cost carbon nanotube-containing conductor having high transparency, high conductivity and excellent durability. Specifically disclosed is a method for producing a conductor having a conductive layer on a work substrate, namely a method for producing a carbon nanotube-containing conductor, which is characterized by comprising a process wherein a carbon nanotube network layer on a release substrate having the carbon nanotube network layer is pressed against a transparent work substrate which is coated with an electron beam-curable liquid resin composition so that the carbon nanotube network layer is impregnated with the liquid resin composition, next the liquid resin composition is cured by irradiation of an electron beam, and then the release substrate is separated therefrom. Consequently, the carbon nanotube-containing conductor is characterized by being composed of a work substrate having, on the surface thereof, a resin composition layer in which carbon nanotubes are embedded. By this method, there can be obtained a conductor or a conductive film each having excellent strength and durability in addition to high conductivity and transparency.
