Abstract

The proposed method for manufacturing conical filters comprises the following steps: - a) providing means enabling a paper strip to travel in a direction of travel, - b) cutting the strip transversely with respect to the direction of travel at regular intervals starting from one edge of the strip, over only a part of the width of the strip, - c) creating longitudinal creases between the transverse cuts - d) rolling-up each section in which the longitudinal creases have been created, - e) cutting the strip in the extension of the cuts produced in step b), - f) rolling up each uncreased part in the form of a cone around the corresponding creased and already rolled up section, and - g) bonding in order to hold the produced assembly in its rolled-up form.
