Abstract
A folded paper cup and bowl manufacturing device, comprising a paper sheet feeding station (33), a cup body folding and forming station (28), a cup and bowl rim oil-dipping station (29), a cup and bowl rim preheating station (30), a cup and bowl rim curling station (31), and a collection station (32) which are linearly arranged. A heating component (38) and/or a gluing component in a paper sheet feeding apparatus disposed at the paper sheet feeding station (33) heats and/or applies glue to a portion of a paper sheet that requires bonding. A cup body folding and forming apparatus disposed at the cup body folding and forming station (28) is provided with an upper forming die (65) and a lower forming die (66) to fold and shape the paper sheet. The cup and bowl rim oil-dipping station (29) is provided with an oil-dipping apparatus. The cup and bowl rim preheating station (30) is provided with a preheating apparatus. A rim curling apparatus disposed at the cup and bowl rim curling station (31) is provided with an upper rim curling die (96) and a lower rim curling die (97) for curling a cup rim. The collection station (32) is provided with a cup receiving apparatus. The linear arrangement of the stations and the corresponding station combination manner optimize the station combination structure. Paper cups and bowls can be folded and formed solely at the folding and forming station. The linear arrangement allows for relatively stable operation, avoiding the complexity of using a rotary station connection configuration.

Abstract
The present invention relates to a forming process and a manufacturing device of a paper container blank. Two cuttings are performed on a paper roll, in which the longitudinal cutting is the first cutting, and then the cutting in the front and rear directions is the secondary cutting. In the present invention, by adopting the above process, the paper container blank can be continuously manufactured, and can be connected to a device to realize unmanned operation. The waste edge rate can be greatly reduced by the two cuttings. In addition, the device for implementing the process of the present invention includes a secondary cutting mechanism. Specifically, through the setting of the die in the cutting process, the first longitudinal cutting can first form left and right side edges of all the blanks, the front and rear parts are all connected together, and the adjacent two blanks do not have a waste edge, which is very ingenious in design. Moreover, with the cooperation of the secondary cutting, the finished product is formed after the secondary cutting. The formed product blank can be directly sent to a paper cup machine or a paper bowl machine, so that the unmanned work can be realized to a certain extent when the device is turned on.

Abstract
The present invention relates to a forming process and manufacturing device for a paper container blank, mainly used for performing two-time cutting on a web, which are respectively longitudinal cutting (primary cutting) and front-back cutting (secondary cutting). In the present invention, by adoption of the process, paper container blanks can be continuously produced and can be connected to the device to realize unmanned operation, and a waste edge rate can be greatly reduced by means of the two-time cutting mode. Moreover, in the device used to implement the process of the present invention, by means of two cutting mechanisms, especially arrangement of a cutting die in cutting, the device performs first longitudinal cutting, so that the left and right of all blanks can be first formed and all the blanks are connected together in the front-back direction, and two adjacent blanks do not have waste edges, and thus the design is ingenious; then, in combination with the secondary cutting, forming of a finished product after the secondary cutting is implemented. The formed blank product can be directly connected to a paper cup machine or a paper bowl machine, so that the concept of unmanned operation after startup is realized to a certain extent.

Abstract
