Abstract

A solid state heat exchanger module comprising heat exchanger tubes; a closed housing; a bulk material inlet; a bulk material outlet; and tube connections for heating or cooling media. The module contains the 2 to 10 bundles of 10 to 100 tubes. Each tube has a rectangular or rhombic cross-section 5 with rounded edges with angles a, p, y and 8. Angle a = 30° to 120°, p = 60° to 150, y = 30° to 120°, 5 = 60° to 150°. The sum of all angles gives 360°. In the tube bundles, angles P and 8 each point up and down and angles a and y each point right and left. The distance between adjacent heat exchanger tubes in a row and the distance between adjacent heat exchanger tubes in two adjacent rows is independently between 10 and 100mm. The module has rollers to be moved and extended 10 when installed.
