The invention relates to a bag, based on the conventional structure of a bag of this type, characterised in that the free end vertices (7) thereof have a bevelled or rounded configuration, which, during the unfolding caused by the increase in volume due to the cooking of the corn grains inside said bag, prevents the bag from being able to remain blocked or held back against the lateral walls of the microwave, preventing the rotation thereof, which ensures a homogeneous distribution of heat over the corn grains, thereby preventing a large number of grains from not cooking properly, as occurs with the conventional popcorn bags.

IMPROVEMENTS TO PATENT P201231330 "METHOD FOR THE TREATMENT OF CORN KERNELS INTENDED FOR THE PRODUCTION OF POPCORN USING MICROWAVE APPLIANCES, AND RESULTING PRODUCT"
In the method of the main patent, corn kernels coated with sunflower lecithin and additives are obtained. According to the improvements, the additives and sunflower lecithin can be added in liquid state, solid state or both, and can be mixed and subsequently filtered before reaching a final mixer (2) to which are added not only the additives and sunflower lecithin, in any state, but also the corn kernels (1), in order to coat the corn kernels inside the mixer. The improvements also provide for the substitution of sunflower lecithin by other compounds with which similar results can be obtained, such as fructose syrup, liquid glucose, corn syrup, molasses, inverted sugar syrup or cornstarch, the kernels obtained being able to be coated with more than one coating of a different nature.
The invention relates to a collapsible container (11) for a microwave oven, comprising a first section defining a hollow space, the first section being closed by means of a second collapsed section which is suitable for automatically opening out from a collapsed configuration to an expanded configuration providing the collapsible container with an open upper base.

B65D 5/36 - Rigid or semi-rigid containers of polygonal cross-section, e.g. boxes, cartons or trays, formed by folding or erecting one or more blanks made of paper specially constructed to allow collapsing and re-erecting without disengagement of side or bottom connections
The invention relates to a method for packaging whole grains of microwave popcorn, said method comprising a step of supplying whole grains of popcorn, a distributing agent and a flavouring agent to a microwave container by means of an arrangement of independent discharge outlets suitable for respectively supplying and dosing whole grains of corn, the distributing agent and the flavouring agent.
The invention relates to a method for adding flavor to popcorn kernels before they are packaged in a microwaveable bag, in which a flavoring element adheres to the outside of the popcorn kernels that were previously coated with a coating material or fixing agent free of oil or grease.
