The battery modules comprise a plurality of battery cells connected in sequence in series in a same direction, inner tubes accommodating the plurality of battery cells, and outer tubes located on the outer sides of the inner tubes. Each inner tube and each outer tube define a plurality of hollow cavities surrounding the plurality of battery cells, and a cooling liquid is introduced into the hollow cavities in a series connection direction parallel to the battery cells. According to the battery modules of the present application, the cooling liquid is introduced into the hollow cavities defined by the inner tube and the outer tube in the series connection direction parallel to the battery cells, so that multi-directional heat dissipation can be carried out on the exteriors of the battery cells; the heat dissipation mode achieves uniform heat dissipation and high heat dissipation efficiency, so that the situation that the use of the whole battery pack is affected due to the heat of a single battery cell suddenly increasing and then rapidly spreading to an adjacent battery cell can be avoided.

Abstract

A machining method of a shredding cutter includes providing a cutter shaft and a plurality of blades; arranging the plurality of blades on the cutter shaft in a predetermined spacing; and rolling or extruding intervals of the cutter shaft between the blades to shift some materials thereof from middle toward both sides and squeeze the materials onto flanks of the blades to form embossed parts so that the blades are embedded in the embossed parts and clamped by the embossed parts, thereby fixing the blades onto the cutter shaft. The shredding cutter has a strong unitary structure, high precision, high yield, which is beneficial to reduce the processing cost and the cost of materials.

An interlink cutter paper shredder provided with a cutting-type transverse paper shredding mechanism comprises a rack, and comprises a cutting-type transverse paper shredding mechanism, a longitudinal paper shredding mechanism and a driving mechanism all mounted on the rack. The cutting-type transverse paper shredding mechanism comprises a fixing rack, and comprises a static cutter plate and a movable cutter plate both mounted on the fixing rack. A first connection end and a second connection end are disposed on the movable cutter plate. The first connection end and the second connection end are movably connected onto the fixing rack separately. The first connection end and the second connection end move along a first track and a second track separately during paper shredding. The first track comprises an arc section or a straight section inclined relative to a cutter edge of the static cutter plate. The second track is in linkage with and fitted to the first track. The present invention has a simple structure and needs low cost. During paper shredding, the movable cutter plate moves up and down relative to the static cutter plate to cut apart paper, and moves left and right relative to the static cutter plate to split paper, and the paper shredding is labor-saving.

A paper shredding method of a single-cut paper shredding mechanism, comprising the following steps: dividing a sheet of paper (13) into a plurality of strip-shaped cut regions along the end face of the paper; using the blades of two oppositely disposed paper shredding cutters to cut the paper along the upper and lower side faces of the paper; the blade of the paper shredding cutter on the upper side of the paper cuts the cut regions simultaneously along only one side thereof, and uses the end face of the blade to advance the plurality of cut narrow paper strips downwards along the cutting side thereof; the blade of the paper shredding cutter on the lower side of the paper cuts the cut regions simultaneously only along the other side thereof, and advances the plurality of cut narrow paper strips upwards along the cutting side thereof, such that the plurality of narrow paper strips obliquely enter the paper shredding cutter. The above method is labor-saving in shredding, and enables the cut narrow paper strips to obliquely fall into a paper shredding mechanism, causing the cut paper to be guided out easily and not likely jamming. The invention discloses a paper shredding cutter (10) comprising a cutter table (11) and a cutter shaft (12). The cutter table (11) is provided with a flange (112) formed with a plurality of notches (1121). A raised tooth (1122) is formed between every two adjacent notches (1121). The cutter shaft (12) is rotatablely installed and is axially parallel with the flange (112). A plurality of long cutter teeth (121) and a plurality of short cutter teeth (122) extend from the surface of the cutter shaft (12) outwards. The radius of the long cutter tooth (121) is longer than that of the short cutter tooth (122). The long cutter teeth (121) and the short cutter teeth (122) are distributed alternately along the axial direction. When the cutter shaft (12) is rotated, the long cutter teeth (121) cooperate with the notches (1121) to cut the paper and the short cutter teeth (122) cooperate with the raised teeth (1122) to cut the paper.
