Abstract
Disclosed is an insole (40) comprising a substrate (401). The substrate (401) comprises a front face (4011) and a back face (4015), and a plurality of columnar protrusions (403) having the same height are provided uniformly on the front face (4011) thereof. Each of the columnar protrusions (403) comprises a post (4031). The post (4031) is fixed on the substrate (401). The height of the post (4031) protruding from the substrate (401) is 1-7 mm. The distribution ratio of the columnar protrusions (403) on the substrate (401) is 30% - 70%.

Abstract
A shoe paste (20) used for being attached inside a shoe comprises a base body (201). The base body (201) has a front side and a back side, the front side is opposite to the heel of a person, and the back side is opposite to a shoe. The front side of the base body (201) is provided with a protruding area. The protruding area comprises a first protruding area (203) and a second protruding area (205). The height of the second protruding area (205) is greater than the height of the first protruding area (203). The second protruding area (205) is disposed in the middle of the shoe paste (20), and the first protruding area (203) is disposed at the periphery of the second protruding area (205). The second protruding area (205) is corresponding to a recessed portion of a heel of the person. A method for manufacturing a shoe paste comprises: thermally melting a material used for manufacturing protrusions and forming the material on the base body (201), or integrating the protrusions with the base body (201) as one body. The shoe paste may be used as a heel paste, a refastenable shoe paste, a pad for the front part of a sole or a pad for the rear part of the sole. By evenly setting multiple cylindrical protrusions on the base body (201), the shoe paste (20) greatly improves the air permeability of the shoe, and can prevent friction between the foot and a vamp and prevent skin from being hurt, thereby enhancing the comfort degree of the shoe.

Abstract
An insole (30) comprises a basal body (301), the basal body is divided into two surfaces, one of the surfaces of the basal body is provided with a protrusion layer (303), and the protrusion layer (303) is provided with multiple protrusions (3031). The coverage percent of the protrusions (3031) on the basal body is 40%-60%, 30%-40%, or 60%-70%. By setting the protrusion layer on the basal body to support a human foot, the insole and the shoe have effects of being comfortable, ventilated and anti-skidding, absorbing shocks and massaging a foot.
