Abstract

Provided are a three-dimensional measurement device and server that can enhance attention and interest with respect to measurement of three-dimensional shapes, and promote use of services that use data obtained by measuring three-dimensional shapes. Measurement data obtained by measurement performed using this three-dimensional measurement device (10) is stored in a measurement data storage unit (22) of this server (20). Specific data including information for identifying the measurement data stored in the measurement data storage unit (22) and information for communicating with the server (20) is transmitted to the three-dimensional measurement device (10). An output unit of the three-dimensional measurement device (10) outputs a 3D image based on the measurement data, and the specific data received from the server (20). A terminal (50) obtains the specific data outputted from the output unit, and communicates with the server (20). As a result, the terminal (50) displays the 3D image of the measurement data on a screen thereof, and can communicate with data use units (31-36) that provide services that use the measurement data stored in the measurement data storage unit (22).

Abstract

Provided is a three-dimensional foot measurement system that can easily measure feet three-dimensionally in a short time. This three-dimensional foot measurement system includes: (a) a housing (14) that has an upper surface (14a) at which a light-transmitting plate (15) for placing feet (2a, 2b) on is exposed; (b) first to third outside three-dimensional cameras (20, 22, 24) arranged diagonally above the light-transmitting plate (15); (c) an inside three-dimensional camera (26) arranged inside the housing (14); and (d) a data processing device that combines data obtained through the imaging of the feet (2a, 2b) by the three-dimensional cameras (20, 22, 24, 26) into point group data indicating the three-dimensional shapes of the feet (2a, 2b) and calculates numerical values indicating the features of the feet (2a, 2b). The first outside three-dimensional camera (20) images the insteps of the feet (2a, 2b) from the front side, the second outside three-dimensional camera (22) images the heels of the feet (2a, 2b) from the diagonally-backward-right side, the third outside three-dimensional camera (24) images the heels from the diagonally-backward-left side, and the inside three-dimensional camera (26) images the soles of the feet (2a, 2b) from below.

Abstract

The objective of the present invention is to use a 3D printer to fabricate, in as short a time as possible, a last that can be used when manufacturing a shoe. (i) The surface shape of the last is determined on the basis of three-dimensional data obtained by measuring the three-dimensional shape of a foot, (ii) a contour part (12) having an empty space (13) therein is molded using a 3D printer in such a way that the determined surface shape matches the shape of the outer surface (12y) of the contour part (12), (iii) when molding of the contour part (12) is complete, or when the contour part (12) has been partly molded, the inside thereof is filled with uncured filler (15). A last (10) including the contour part (12) and the cured filler (15) in contact with the inner surface of the contour part (12) is fabricated in this way.

Abstract

Provided are: an insole design system which makes it possible to keep the foot in a desired state, when combining with a shoe; a shoe; and a method for combining a shoe and an insole. An insole design system (50) is equipped with a shoe database (70) and an insole design unit (64). The insole design unit (64): (i) receives an input of foot data, which is three-dimensional shape data for a foot; (ii) retrieves shoe data, which is three-dimensional shape data for the interior space of a shoe, from the shoe database (70); (iii) calculates the three-dimensional shape of the gap formed between the foot and the inner-peripheral surface of the interior space when the foot is positioned in the interior space of the shoe, on the basis of the foot data and the shoe data; (iv) determines the initial insole shape on the basis of the three-dimensional shape of the gap; and (v) receives an input of a design parameter, and calculates a three-dimensional shape by correcting the initial insole shape according to the design parameter.

Abstract

Provided is a three-dimensional measurement device configured so as to be appropriate for measuring the three-dimensional shape of a hand of a customer in a shop or store. A base section (14) having a reference surface (14a) and a head section (16) facing the reference surface (14a) with a space (13) interposed therebetween are joined to one another via a connecting section (15). The interior of the head section (16) is configured in a manner such that a light-emitting unit (26) for emitting sheet-shaped light (27) toward the reference surface (14a) and a camera unit (24) for imaging the reference surface (14a) so as to include a bright line (27a) produced by the light (27) are affixed to a mobile block (22). During the interval when the mobile block (22) moves in a first direction Y parallel to the reference surface (14a), first imaging data is sequentially obtained by imaging the reference surface (14a) on which a hand (90) is placed, three-dimensional shape data of the hand (90) is generated on the basis of the sequentially obtained first imaging data, and characteristics of the hand (90) are calculated on the basis of the generated three-dimensional shape data.
