A driving mechanism 1 comprises a drive source 3 which is coupled via a clutch 8 to an oil lubricated transmission 5, and a transmission module 13 which is present parallel to the transmission 5. The transmission module has a grease lubricated planetary gearing 14 of which a first rotational member 15 is bearing supported on an insert sleeve attached to an operating cylinder 25 for the clutch and is connected to a connecting plate 31 which is attached to a first clutch portion 8a of the clutch. A second rotational member 17 is connected to a connecting gear 27. A sealing ring 33 is accommodated between the housing of the transmission and the connecting gear 27 and a further sealing ring 35 is accommodated between the connecting gear 27 and the insert sleeve 29. The third rotational member 19 is formed by a ring gear which has side guards 37 which provide that the grease remains inside the planetary set of gears.
A drive has a drive source connected with an automatic manual gearbox. A friction clutch is positioned between the drive source and the gearbox. The drive also has a differential, which with a gear wheel engages a first gear wheel on the gearbox output shaft, as well as a gear module to change the transmission in the gear without interrupting the drive. The gear module has a brake and a bypass transmission with three rotation bodies of which a first rotation body is connected to the first clutch part, a second rotation body is connected to a connecting gear wheel, which engages the first gear wheel, and the third rotation body is connected to the brake. The connections of the rotation bodies to the parts stated and respectively of the drive are made in this as splines.
F16H 37/08 - Combinations of mechanical gearings, not provided for in groups comprising essentially only toothed or friction gearings with a plurality of driving or driven shaftsCombinations of mechanical gearings, not provided for in groups comprising essentially only toothed or friction gearings with arrangements for dividing torque between two or more intermediate shafts with differential gearing
A vehicle (1) has an internal combustion engine (3), a pair of wheels that are to be driven (5), and a drive (7) by means of which the internal combustion engine is connected to the pair of wheels that are to be driven. The drive (7) has two drivelines (9, 11) parallel to each other situated between the internal combustion engine and the pair of wheels that are to be driven, of which the first driveline (9) can be disengaged and of which the second driveline (11) may or may not transmit torque. Furthermore, the drive (7) has a control unit (13), which is such that for starting the internal combustion engine, it disengages the first driveline (9) and sets the second driveline (11) so that it can transmit torque to the internal combustion engine, in such a way that by this second driveline no reactive torque is delivered to the wheels (5) as a result of which the vehicle would be driven forward.
B60K 6/10 - Prime-movers comprising combustion engines and mechanical or fluid energy storing means by means of a chargeable mechanical accumulator, e.g. flywheel
F16H 3/72 - Toothed gearings for conveying rotary motion with variable gear ratio or for reversing rotary motion using gears having orbital motion with a secondary drive, e.g. regulating motor, in order to vary speed continuously
A drive (1) has a drive source (3) and an automatic manual gearbox (5) connected to it. There is a friction clutch (7) between the drive source and the gearbox. The drive also has a differential (11), which with a gear wheel (13) engages a first gear wheel (17) on the gearbox output shaft (15), as well as a gear module (19) to change the transmission in the gear without interrupting the drive. The gear module (19) has a brake (25) and a bypass transmission (27) with three rotation bodies (29, 31, 33), of which a first rotation body (29) is connected to the first clutch part (7a), a second rotation body (31) is connected to a connecting gear wheel (35), which engages the first gear wheel (17), and the third rotation body (33) is connected to the brake (25). The connections of the rotation bodies (29, 31, 33) to the parts stated (7a, 35 and 25) respectively of the drive are made in this as splines S1, S2 and S3 respectively.
A drive (1) has a drive source (3) and a gearbox (5) connected to it. There is a clutch (7) between the drive source and the gearbox. The clutch (7) has a first clutch part (7a), which is connected to a drive source crankshaft (9) and a second clutch part (7b), which is connected to a gearbox input shaft (11). The first clutch part (7) a has an engine flywheel (13) and a clutch housing (15), which is connected to the engine flywheel on one side. The engine flywheel (13) is connected to the crankshaft (9) via a flexible plate (17). The flexible plate is rigid in a tangential and radial direction and flexible in an axial direction, so that it can compensate for any imperfect alignment of the crankshaft (9) and the gearbox input shaft (11). The clutch housing has a first bush (19) on the other side, which is connected via splines to a second bush (21) provided with internal splines, which is connected on bearings in a gearbox housing (5).
