Abstract

The present invention relates to a hybrid control arm for a vehicle, which is lightweight and has a high level of rigidity by coupling a body made of a metal material and a reinforcing member made of a composite resin material. According to the present invention, the hybrid control arm for a vehicle comprises: a metal-material body (100) including an upper wall and a side wall; and a reinforcing member (200) made of a composite resin material and formed in the body through insert injection. In addition, the hybrid control arm for a vehicle comprises: a flange (106) formed at the end of the side wall so as to be rounded and bent; a dimple (124) formed on the inner surface of the side wall so as to be concavely recessed therefrom and shaped so as to convexly protrude to the outer surface thereof; and a reinforcing buckle (218) integrally connected to the inner surface of the side wall, the flange, and the outer surface of the side wall while surrounding same as a part of the reinforcing member, the dimple being embedded in the reinforcing buckle (218). According to the present invention, the control arm has a strong coupling structure between the body made of a metal material and the reinforcing member made of a composite resin material such that a predetermined degree of rigidity can be satisfied while being lightweight as a result of minimizing the material of the reinforcing member.

Disclosed are a semi-solid slurry generator and a die casting method which can obtain a dense structure in the entire cross section of a molded product by uniformly dispersing and stirring an inert gas in a slurry compared to a conventional one. Abstract

A glass fiber-reinforced polyamide 66 resin composition with a high tensile strength of 260 MPa or more and a method of manufacturing the same are provided. The method of manufacturing the composition includes that 27.2 to 49% by weight of a polyamide 66 resin, 0.2 to 2% by weight of a dye mixture, 0.2 to 2% by weight of a compatibilizer, 0.1 to 3% by weight of an antioxidant, 0.1 to 3% by weight of a lubricant and 50 to 70% by weight of a glass fiber chopped strand are mixed in a twin screw extruder, the materials are extruded in the form of a strand by an extrusion die, and cooled to obtain a pellet-type glass fiber-reinforced polyamide 66 resin composition. The glass fiber-reinforced polyamide 66 resin composition is suitable for vehicular engine mounts due to excellent mechanical strength, and for parts requiring physical properties.
