Abstract

The present invention relates to a multicolored thread having multiple coating layers obtained by coating a single yarn with multiple layers so as to exhibit various color impressions. The present invention is advantageous in that various colors can be implemented by a single yarn, and, when the same is used for weaving, a distinctive aesthetic appearance can be provided. The present invention is also advantageous in that, by forming multiple urethane coating layers, the same has better resistance to wear than that of the yarn, the mechanical characteristics and durability can be improved, and excellent thermal molding characteristics and bonding can be implemented.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for continuously manufacturing a sponge sheet for a powder puff, comprising: a coating step for coating a fabric using a mixed solution; a solidification step for solidifying the coated fabric, which has been coated with the mixed solution, in a solidification bath; a cleaning step for cleaning the fabric, which has passed through the solidification bath, in a cleaning bath; a coated fabric manufacturing step for carrying out a heat dry step for drying the fabric which has passed through the cleaning bath and then winding the fabric; a coated fabric buffing step for buffing the coated fabric, which has passed through the coated fabric manufacturing step, using a buffing roller and then winding the coated fabric; and a separation step for separating the fabric from the buffed and coated fabric and winding the fabric separately from a sponge sheet for a powder puff. Accordingly, there are provided effects that a sponge sheet for a powder puff can be continuously manufactured during a process time within a day, and a buffing method is selected instead of a slicing method so that processing is possible even though the thickness becomes smaller, thereby manufacturing various sizes of sponge sheets for a powder puff.
