Abstract

The present invention relates to a composition for inhibiting VEGF-induced angiogenesis, the composition comprising a CCL8-binding peptide. The composition according to the present invention can contribute to preventing cancer progression and metastasis by inhibiting cancer cell proliferation and inhibiting cancer cell migration and invasion. On the basis thereof, the present invention can be effectively used in various medicines and foods for preventing, alleviating, or treating cancer, as well as in the feed industry.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for enhancing storage stability of traditional soybean paste, and more specifically, to a method for enhancing storage stability of traditional soybean paste by treating an inner surface of a cap of a container that stores the soybean paste with an essential oil, or by directly mixing the essential oil with the soybean paste. By storing the soybean paste with essential oil treated on the inner surface of the cap of the container, or by treating the soybean paste by directly mixing in the essential oil, proliferation of common bacteria can be suppressed, and the treatment can have a positive effect in suppressing discoloration of the soybean paste. Therefore, the method of the present invention can be useful for enhancing the storage stability of traditional soybean pastes.
