Abstract

Provided is an underlay cushioning sheet that is arranged on the surface of a foundation and that has a waterproof coating film formed thereon. The underlay cushioning sheet is provided with a cushioning layer having an overlay surface and a curing acceleration layer having a coating film formation surface on the opposite side from the overlay surface. A waterproof coating film comprising a polyurethane resin is formed on the coating film formation surface of the curing acceleration layer by applying a one pack-type liquid waterproofing material. The curing acceleration layer comprises a reactive material that is capable of reacting with the liquid waterproofing material. The reactive material either (1) comprises a functional group that is capable of reacting with an isocyanate included in the liquid waterproofing material or (2) reacts with a latent curing agent included in the liquid waterproofing material and generates a functional group that is capable of reacting with the components of the liquid waterproofing material.

Abstract

This repairing-material injecting device is equipped with a check valve provided within a tubular part integrally formed by using a single material. The tubular part has a rear end provided with an attachment seat to be attached to an object to be repaired and a front end provided with a pump connection section. The check valve includes a valve seat provided at the inner periphery of the tubular part, a ball serving as a valve body, and an elastically-deformable stopper that regulates the moving distance of the ball. The inner periphery of the tubular part has an inlet surface extending toward the valve seat, and the front end of the inlet surface is provided with a stopper support section that supports the stopper. The stopper includes a ball receiving section, a plurality of engagement sections engaged with the stopper support section, and a converting mechanism that converts a force with which the ball receiving section is pressed by the ball into a force that causes the diameter of the engagement sections to increase.

The present invention provides a urethane composition for a coating film waterproof material characterized by containing at least: a primary material (A) resulting from mixing an isophorone diisocyanate prepolymer generated by reacting isophorone diisocyanate and a short-chain polyvalent alcohol, and a polypropylene glycol having at least 1,500 hydroxyl group equivalents containing at least two hydroxyl groups; and a curing material (B) containing diethyltoluenediamine, water, a polypropylene glycol having at least 1,500 hydroxyl group equivalents containing at least two hydroxyl groups, and a terminal esterified polyfunctional polyether or a polyoxyalkylene monoalkyl ether acetate ester-based plasticizer.

Provided is a mono-component polyurethane resin compound to prevent peeling of concrete sheets and tiles and a peeling prevention method for concrete sheets and tiles using said compound. Abstract

A coating composition which is excellent in crack resistance, alkali resistance and solvent resistance while having a high hardness and which is excellent in recoatability, anti-graffiti property, and removability of graffiti is provided.
