The reactive material either (1) comprises a functional group that is capable of reacting with an isocyanate included in the liquid waterproofing material or (2) reacts with a latent curing agent included in the liquid waterproofing material and generates a functional group that is capable of reacting with the components of the liquid waterproofing material.

The present invention provides a urethane composition for a coating film waterproof material characterized by containing at least: a primary material (A) resulting from mixing an isophorone diisocyanate prepolymer generated by reacting isophorone diisocyanate and a short-chain polyvalent alcohol, and a polypropylene glycol having at least 1,500 hydroxyl group equivalents containing at least two hydroxyl groups; and a curing material (B) containing diethyltoluenediamine, water, a polypropylene glycol having at least 1,500 hydroxyl group equivalents containing at least two hydroxyl groups, and a terminal esterified polyfunctional polyether or a polyoxyalkylene monoalkyl ether acetate ester-based plasticizer.
