Abstract
The present invention is a hot asphalt recycling system, in order to obtain the recycled asphalt concrete RAC, which is to be used in the production of one of the asphalt layers, from reclaimed asphalt pavement RAP material, characterized by comprising an inner air channel (25) which is positioned in the inner volume of the body (20), connects an air inlet pipe (241) which provides the primary hot air input to the body (20) to the said outer air channel (24) and at least a section of which extends at the vicinity of the transmission line (23) and a mixer (50) wherein the RAP, which is at the desired amount and which comes from the discharge mechanism (27), new bitumen at a predetermined amount and optionally at least one chemical additive are mixed for a predetermined period.

HOT ASPHALT PREPARATION SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A NEW ASPHALT LAYER FROM THE ASPHALT TO BE RECYCLED
Hot asphalt recycling system having a mixing hopper (60) where the hot aggregate, exiting the drier (50), and the RAP are mixed; a pouring hopper (20) which is opened to said mixing hopper (60) from one end thereof and from whose other end RAP is poured, in order to obtain recycled asphalt concrete which is to be used in the production of one of the asphalt layers by using RAP. Said system comprising an air inlet pipe (31) whose one end (312) is connected to the heat source (80) and whose other end (311) is opened to the pouring hopper (20) in order to transfer hot air, which is heated by a heat source (80), inside the pouring hopper (20); and at least one drying box (22) in order to provide the RAP inside the pouring hopper (20) to be poured to the mixing hopper (60) in a sequenced manner and step by step.

Abstract
The present invention is a vertical drier (20) which dries the asphalt road upper structural members like aggregate and like asphalt coating which is desired to be recycled (RAP) and which takes the humidity of said asphalt road upper structural members; and which has a vertical body (21) having an end through which said members are discharged and having another end which is opened to an accumulation compartment (70); and where the hot air, heated by a heat source, is transferred inside said body (21). Said drier (20) is characterized by comprising at least one drying box (30) which has a chamber (34) form where the poured members are accumulated in the inner part thereof and which extends orthogonally to the flow direction inside the body (21); in order to keep the members, which pour inside said body (21) from an inlet part, for certain duration and in order to transfer said members from the outlet part to the accumulation compartment (70) step by step.
