Provided is a long object winding/rectracting machine whereby it is possible to wind-up a long object, the total weight of which becomes heavy, with little effort from a standing position. Also provided is a long object winding method using the rectracting machine. This long object winding/rectracting machine 1 is characterized by comprising: a core member 10 for winding-up a long object (H), the core member 10 being equipped with a holding portion 20 which holds the end of the long object; a frame body 30 which rotatably supports the core member from both ends thereof; an interlocking wheel 60 and a free wheel 70 forming at least a pair which are rotatably mounted to the lower portion of the frame body in front of the core member in the longitudinal direction so as to be movable independently from each other; a handlebar 32 which is disposed above the frame body behind the core member in the longitudinal direction; a power transmission member (80) which extends between the interlocking wheel and the core member so that the core member rotates in synchronization with the rotation of the interlocking wheel; and an auxiliary wheel 90 which is located between the interlocking wheel and the free wheel below the core member, and is pivotally supported at the frame body.

BODY TEMPERATURE REGULATION PACK AND PACK HOLDER FOR ATTACHING BODY TEMPERATURE REGULATION PACK
Provided is a body temperature regulation pack that uses a solid-liquid phase-change material in order to prevent a rise or drop in the body temperature of the wearer. When the body temperature regulation pack is placed in side a pack holder that is worn under the clothing, the body temperature regulation pack is capable of bending along the shape of the body even when in a solid state, has an external shape that does not deform regardless of the orientation of the body temperature regulation pack even when the solid-liquid phase-change material is in a liquid phase, is substantially tabular, and exhibits excellent heat-absorbing and heat-releasing properties. The present invention provides a body temperature regulation pack (1) having a solid-liquid phase-change material filled into the interior thereof, characterized in that the pack is provided with a plurality of bag bodies (T) arrayed in parallel, and in that the solid-liquid phase-change material is filled into the interior of the plurality of bag bodies (T) without leaving any space.
A device for taking up a fire-fighting hose, allowing the user to quickly and reliably take up the hose with a small force in an upright posture and capable of accurately taking up the hose both in a single layer and in double layers. Wheels (2) are rotatably supported at the lower part of a frame body (1), and a handle (5) is provided to the upper part of the frame body (1). The frame body (1) can be moved by rotating the wheels (2) by pushing or pulling the handle (5). A rotatable reel (3) on which hose (H) is wound is provided to the frame body (1), a power transmitting circulation member (4) is passed over the rotating shaft (33) of the reel (3) and the rotation support shaft (21) of the wheels (2) to enable the reel (3) to rotate in association with the rotation of the wheels (2). A core member (3A) for a single-layer winding and a core member (3B) for double-layer winding, which are interchangeable, are provided to the reel (3), and either the core member (3A) for a single-layer winding or the core member (3B) for double-layer winding can be removably affixed to a rotating shaft section (30a) of a base plate (30) of the reel (3).
