Abstract

In order to simplify the operation of sealing and opening the inside of a cooking vessel and enhance the efficiency of food cooking and storage, the present invention provides a lid for a cooking vessel comprising: a lid main body which covers the opened upper side of a vessel main body; a base part which is provided on one side of the lid main body, the base part having a coupling groove formed in one direction and a pair of hinge holding units which are protrusively installed on both ends of one side of the coupling groove; and a handle part of which one end portion is coupled to the hinge holding units and is hinge-rotated.

Abstract

In order to apply various cooking methods by facilitating the adjustment of heat intensity, the present invention provides a charcoal fire barbecue device capable of easily adjusting heat intensity, which includes: an outer case having a sidewall formed with first air inlet holes, an upper flange formed with an extended connecting end, and a lifting guide part formed with a slide surface; an oil receptacle having an upper end formed with a connecting slot selectively seated on the connecting end, a lower part with a central opening part having an outer flange formed with an oil collection part, and a lifting projection part with a side part arranged inside the outer case with a space therebetween, the lifting projection part being selectively raised or lowered along the slide surface by applying an external rotational force; a cylindrical outer charcoal container connected to the flange of the central opening part so as to be rotated by rotation of the oil receptacle; and an inner charcoal container for receiving charcoal, the inner charcoal container being arranged in the outer charcoal container with a space therebetween so as to form an air passageway between the outside of the inner charcoal container and the outer charcoal container, and having a lower part formed with a plurality of second air inlet holes and an upper end part formed with upper air inlet holes for discharging upwards air entering through the first air inlet holes and the air passageway.
