A foreign object detection unit (14) utilizes an AI inspection model file (16) stored in a file storage unit (25) to detect foreign objects on the basis of first imaging data from a first sensor (6b, 6c) or second imaging data from a second sensor (6d, 6e). The present invention includes an input means (9) operated by a worker when the foreign object detection unit (14) overlooks a foreign object or overdetects a foreign object, and foreign object information memory (17) that stores information concerning foreign objects that are overlooked or overdetected on the basis of signals from the input means (9). The AI inspection model file (16) is an initial model file generated on the basis of standard foreign object sample image data, or a basic model file obtained by updating the initial model file on the basis of the information stored by the foreign object information memory (17), the first imaging data, and the second imaging data.
