Abstract
A coiled core pipe having a uniform and rough surface, comprising a rotating cylinder (01). The inner side of the rotating cylinder (01) is provided with a circular through hole; a rotating sleeve (06) is fixedly connected at the circular through hole of the rotating cylinder; the outer side of the rotating sleeve (06) is provided with a circular through hole; a connecting shaft (05) is fixedly connected at the circular through hole of the rotating sleeve (06); the length of the connecting shaft (05) is greater than the length of the rotating cylinder (01); and the outer side of the rotating cylinder (01) is sprayed with spraying particles (02). By spraying particles on the surface of the rotating cylinder, a copper/aluminum foil can be set up and primed well when the copper/aluminum foil is wound; the uneven surface of the copper/aluminum foil can be straightened out when the rotating cylinder is winding the copper/aluminum foil; wrinkles can be avoided when the copper/aluminum foil is wound; and the sprayed particles can be selected according to the thicknesses of different copper/aluminum foils, and thus the friction between the copper/aluminum foil and the rotating cylinder can be increased when the copper/aluminum foil is wound.

Abstract
A spool includes a tube for winding a material. The outer surface of the tube is provided with a step portion along the axial direction thereof. The step portion is as high as the thickness of the material. A cutting groove is provided on a side, close to the axial centre of the tube, of the step portion. A resilient clip for clamping the material is fixed in the cutting groove, the upper end of the resilient clip is connected to a notch on one side of the cutting groove, and the lower end thereof is inclined towards the other side of the cutting groove. The spool positions a cutter by means of the cutting groove, and the resilient clip clamps the cut material in the cutting groove.

Abstract
Disclosed is a core-winding tube, comprising a tube body (1) for winding material (4). The outer surface of the tube body is provided with a step portion (2) along the axial direction thereof. The height of the step portion is equal to the thickness of the material. A cutter groove (3) is provided on a side, close to the axial centre of the tube body, of the step portion. An elastic clip (5) for clamping the material is fixedly provided in the cutter groove, the upper end of the elastic clip being connected to an opening on one side of the cutter groove, and the lower end thereof being inclined towards the other side of the cutter groove. The core-winding tube positions a cutter by means of the cutter groove being added, and the elastic clip firmly clamps the cut material in the cutter groove, not only ensuring the splicing of the material and the step portion, but also having a good fixing effect, and thereby preventing the appearance of folds and creases during the process of winding the material.
