Abstract
The embodiment of the present application relates to the technical field of glass. Disclosed are a manufacturing method for an antibacterial glass, an antibacterial glass and an electronic device. The manufacturing method comprises: spray-coating a first surface of a glass body with a coating containing an antibacterial component, the antibacterial component containing a hydrophobic group; and after the spray coating is completed, performing tempering treatment on the glass body, so as to sinter the antibacterial component onto the first surface of the glass body to form an antibacterial layer, thereby obtaining the antibacterial glass. In the embodiment, when the antibacterial layer on the glass is in contact with bacteria, the hydrophobic group on the antibacterial layer can be inserted into lipid bilayers of bacteria to destroy the structure of cell membranes, thereby affecting the metabolism of bacteria, and thus killing the bacteria, and achieving sterilization and antibacterial effects. In addition, by means of the tempering, the antibacterial component is sintered onto the glass body to form the antibacterial layer, so that the antibacterial layer achieves a high adhesive force, and therefore the antibacterial glass has good wear resistance and long-lasting antibacterial performance. Additionally, synchronously sintering the antibacterial component during the tempering treatment process to form the antibacterial layer can simplify the process and save cost.
