Abstract

A timing control spinning method for a multi-channel ring spinning frame. By means of a yarn simulation model, yarn design and a spinning process are seamlessly integrated, that is, each mechanism electronic control apparatus of a spinning device can be subjected to timing control on the basis of yarn structure parameters that change according to a time sequence, so as to obtain target formed yarn, and by means of performing timing control on each mechanism electronic control apparatus of the spinning device, structural parameters of the processed formed yarn meet requirements of sequentially changing, thereby realizing flexible digital spinning. By means of a sensing perception system, operation parameters of a ring spinning system, spinning process parameters, and parameters of the structure, appearance, color, etc. of yarn are obtained by means of testing, and same are visually displayed on the basis of a constructed mathematical model. In addition, a control system based on the spinning method is constructed, so that monitoring and control are realized.
