Abstract

In a solid tire including a tread rubber layer on a road contact surface side and a base rubber layer on a rim side and having a side surface extending in a tire radial direction from the tread rubber layer to the base rubber layer, an RFID tag is embedded inside the solid tire, and the RFID tag is disposed near the side surface. When forming an unvulcanized tire by winding a rubber sheet into multiple layers, the RFID tag is inserted between layers of the rubber sheet in the middle of the winding into multiple layers, or the RFID tag and a coating layer are overlaid and attached on a side surface of the unvulcanized tire, and then the unvulcanized tire including the RFID tag is vulcanized in a mold.

Abstract

Provided are a solid tire and a method for manufacturing the same, said solid tire comprising a two-dimensional code that is for efficiently performing quality control and traceability for each product, wherein it is possible to sufficiently ensure an effect of protecting the two-dimensional code. A solid tire 10 comprises a tread rubber layer 1 on a tread side, and a base rubber layer 2 on a rim side, wherein a two-dimensional code 11 is positioned on an outer surface S of the solid tire 10, exclusive of a base surface B that is in contact with a rim bottom surface. A plurality of layers of rubber sheets 20 are wound to form an unvulcanized tire 10X, a substrate 13 that comprises a plastic film having the two-dimensional code 11 printed thereon is adhered onto the unvulcanized tire 10X, and then the unvulcanized tire 10X that has been provided with the two-dimensional code 11 is vulcanized in a mold.

Abstract

The present invention provides a solid tire and a method for manufacturing the same, where the solid tire comprises RFID tags for product identification and good response accuracy can be exhibited while ensuring the effect of protecting the RFID tags. A solid tire 10 comprises a tread rubber layer 1 on a tread side and a base rubber layer 2 on a rim side, with a side surface S extending in the radial direction of the tire from the tread rubber layer 1 to the base rubber layer 2, wherein RFID tags 11 are embedded inside the solid tire 10 and the RFID tags 11 are disposed near the side surface S. When forming an unvulcanized tire 10X by winding a rubber sheet 20 into multiple layers, the RFID tags 11 are inserted between layers of the rubber sheet 20 partway through the winding into multiple layers, or the RFID tags 11 and a coating layer 21 are overlaid and attached onto the side surface of the unvulcanized tire 10X, after which the unvulcanized tire 10X comprising the RFID tags 11 is vulcanized in a mold.

Abstract

To provide a solid tire which is provided with an RFID tag for product identification and with which the protective effect of the RFID tag can be sufficiently ensured, and a method for manufacturing the same. In a solid tire 10 having a tread rubber layer 1 on the tread side and a base rubber layer 2 on the rim side, the JIS-A hardness of the base rubber layer 2 is 80 or more, and an RFID tag 11 is embedded in the base rubber layer 2. When a rubber sheet 20 is wrapped in multiple layers to form an unvulcanized tire 10X, the RFID tag 11 is inserted between the layers of the rubber sheet 20 partway through the multi-layer wrapping, or the RFID tag 11 and a coating layer 21 are superimposed and adhered on a side surface of the unvulcanized tire 10X, after which the unvulcanized tire 10X including the RFID tag 11 is vulcanized in a mold.
