Abstract

The invention relates to a liquid-wiping product (100) which can be used to dry surfaces, said product having a structure including a hydrophilic substrate (6a) with open pores that open at the outer surface (6'a) thereof. At least part of the outer surface (6'a) of the substrate (6a) is covered with a discontinuous, flexible, impermeable polymer film (5'"), such that said at least part of the outer surface (6'a) includes alternating absorbent zones (21), via at least one open pore (7a), and non-absorbent zones (20a). The aforementioned discontinuous, flexible, impermeable polymer film (5'") is generated in situ by means of pressure application. The invention also relates to the production of one such wiping product.

The subject of the present invention is: a method for the continuous manufacture of a three-dimensional web (10; 10T; 100) of fibres (1); a device for the continuous manufacture of a three-dimensional web (10; 10T; 100) of fibres (1), suitable for the implementation of said method; the three-dimensional webs (10; 10T; 100) of fibres (1) capable of being obtained by said method; webs (10, 10T; 100) of fibres (1) existing in various forms, capable of being obtained at the end of the implementation of various variants of said method; and the uses of said webs (10; 10T; 100) of fibres (1). The present invention provides a satisfactory solution to the technical problem of obtaining fibrous webs (10; 10T; 100) from long and/or short fibres (1), which are strong in their three dimensions.
