ELECTROPHORETIC ELECTRO-OSMOSIS DEHYDRATOR CAPABLE OF SMOOTH SLUDGE INJECTION ACCORDING TO FLUIDITY
The present invention relates to an electrophoretic electro-osmosis dehydrator capable of smooth injection of highly fluidic sludge. The present invention comprises: a variable portion disposed at the lower portion of a sludge supply portion in a space between caterpillar portions, wherein the variable portion includes a cylinder which applies power in a variable manner according to the fluidity of the supplied sludge and a sprocket of which one side is hinge-fixed in a rotatable manner to an external frame and the other side is connected to the cylinder and configured to be in contact with the caterpillar portion; and a plurality of idle sprocket portions disposed in the space between the caterpillar portions so as to drive the caterpillar portions. As a result of the power applied to the cylinder, the sprocket is rotated by the hinge so that the gap between a drum and the caterpillar portion varies. Different pneumatic pressures are applied to the cylinder according to the fluidity of the sludge so as to variably change the gap between the drum and the caterpillar. Thus, sludge injection can be facilitated, sludge does not overflow and contaminate the facilities, and the sludge treatment volume can be increased.

Drum-type electro-osmosis dehydrator capable of reducing electricity consumption by decreasing gap between positive and negative electrodes
Provided is an electro-osmosis dehydrator, which includes a sludge supplying part disposed in a central upper portion thereof, and including a rotating part and two rollers disposed under the rotating part, a drum disposed under the sludge supplying part to receive sludge, and having a cylindrical shape rotating about an axis thereof, wherein an inner circumference of the drum is charged negatively or positively by direct current power, a caterpillar part spaced a certain distance from the drum, and moving along an endless track, wherein the caterpillar part includes a power applying part charged with polarity opposite to that of the drum by direct current power, a filtering fabric disposed under the power applying part, a caterpillar disposed under the filtering fabric, and including a plurality of holes, a vinyl part disposed between the filtering fabric and the caterpillar to prevent the sludge from passing through the caterpillar, and a chain disposed under the caterpillar, and a plurality of idle sprocket parts disposed on the inside of the caterpillar part, and engaging with the chain to drive the caterpillar part. A filtering fabric is removed from the space between positive and negative electrodes so as to decrease the gap therebetween, thereby reducing electricity consumption.

The electro-osmosis dehydrator comprises: a sludge supply part provided on a central upper portion, the sludge supply part including a rotating part and two rollers provided under the rotating part; a drum to which DC power having one polarity is applied to a cylindrical inner surface thereof that is rotated along a shaft, the drum being provided under the sludge supply part so as to receive sludge; a caterpillar part including a power applying part orbitally operated at a position spaced a predetermined distance apart from the drum so as to apply DC power having a polarity opposite to that applied to the drum, a filter cloth provided under the power applying part, caterpillars having a plurality of holes and being provided under the filter cloth, a vinyl part disposed between the filter cloth and the caterpillars so as to prevent the sludge from leaking between the caterpillars, and a chain provided under the caterpillar; and a plurality of idle sprocket parts provided in spaces between the caterpillar part to contact the chain, thereby operating the caterpillar parts. According to the present invention, the filter cloth between a positive electrode and a negative electrode may be removed so as to narrow a distance between the positive electrode and the negative electrode, thereby reducing power consumption.
The present invention relates to an electrophoresis-type electro-osmosis dehydrator for easily feeding and processing sludge. In the electrophoresis-type electro-osmosis dehydrator, a drum for preliminary dehydration is further provided, a stopper is disposed in a first drum to maintain a predetermined distance between the first drum and a caterpillar which are disposed on the portion through which sludge is fed, and a bevel gear is disposed on the end of a shaft to maintain the distance. According to the present invention, the sludge may be smoothly fed to improve throughput, and further overflow of the sludge may be prevented. Thus, the sludge may be neatly processed without causing the contamination of the apparatus, and fine sludge may be easily dehydrated.
