Abstract

A coupling system provides a media-conducting connection of two hose-shaped sections (10, 12). Each section has one coupling element (16, 18), with two coupling parts (20, 22) that can be separated from each other and that are detachably held to each other by closure elements (24) along a disconnecting point (26). The closure parts of one coupling element can be engaged with correspondingly designed closure elements (24) of the other coupling element (20, 22) to form the transport section. All closure elements (24) of the coupling parts (20, 22) point hose-inward, at least before forming the transport section. Upon producing the transport section, the respective disconnecting point (26) is arranged between the coupling elements (16, 18), transversely to the transport section.

Abstract

A closure (10, 20) has two profiled strips (11, 12; 21, 22) for an at least panially flexible container (1, 2) for connecting a first container (1) to a second container (2) in an environmentally sealed manner and in a closed docking position, and for conducting a flow in a flow direction (D) through the closure (10, 20) from the first container (1) into the second container (2) in an environmentally sealed manner and in an open docking position. The second container (2) has an identical closure (10, 20) facing the first container (1), and, in the open docking position, is in engagement with the closure (10, 20) of the first container (1). Together with the closure (10, 20) of the first container (1), a flow channel (3) is defined for the through flow in the flow direction (D). The closures (10, 20) can be docked to each other and opened jointly in a single step by a separate slider. Due to the dual functional nature of all the closure elements, no closure element (13, 14; 23, 24) is exposed in the channel-upward direction to the material to be transferred. A slider (30) connects and separates the closures (10, 20), and has an insenion side (31), on which the closures (10, 20) can be insened into the slider (30) in insertion directions (A, B), which form an acute angle, and an output side (32) opposite the insenion side (31), on which the closures (10, 20), which are connected to each other and are open, can be led out from the slider (30) in a common slide direction (C).

Abstract

The invention relates to a closure (10, 20) having two profiled strips (11, 12; 21, 22) for an at least partially flexible container (1, 2) for connecting a first container (1) to a second container (2) in an environmentally sealed manner and in a closed docking position, and for conducting a flow in a flow direction (D) through the closure (10, 20) from the first container (1) into the second container (2) in an environmentally sealed manner and in an open docking position. The second container (2) has an identical closure (10, 20) which faces the first container (1) and which, in the open docking position, is in engagement with the closure (10, 20) of the first container (1), and together with the closure (10, 20) of the first container (1) defines a flow channel (3) for the throughflow in the flow direction (D). A substantial advantage of the invention is that the closures (10, 20) can be docked to each other and opened jointly in a single step by a separate slider. A further substantial advantage of the invention is that due to the dual functional nature of all the closure elements no closure element (13, 14; 23, 24) is exposed in the channel-upward direction to the material to be transferred during the transfer of material. The invention further relates to a slider (30) for connecting and separating such closures (10, 20), comprising an insertion side (31), on which the closures (10, 20) can be inserted into the slider (30) in insertion directions (A, B), which form an acute angle, and an output side (32) opposite the insertion side (31), on which the closures (10, 20), which are connected to each other and are open, can be led out from the slider (30) in a common slide direction (C).

Abstract

The invention relates to a discharge method for discharging an at least partially flexible container without contamination, in which method the container (1) is discharged into a base body (10), a liner (20) that encloses a filling opening (11) of the base body (10) being secured to the base body (10). According to the invention, a filling end (21) of the liner (20) is folded inwards such that a receiving region forms for the container (1). The receiving region is sealed in such a manner that a discharge opening formed by means of a knife (15) allows the container (1) to be discharged whilst being completely sealed off to the exterior.

Abstract

A connecting device for connecting a flexible container to a flange or a connecting ring includes an outer ring, which has an inner surface radially inside and a connection side facing the flange or the connecting ring, and an inner ring, which has an outer surface radially outside and over which an end section of the container can be turned. The outer and inner surfaces are at least partially congruent so that the end section can be clamped between the outer and inner rings. The inner ring can be inserted into the outer ring from the connection side. The outer ring has an accommodating groove radially inside. The accommodating groove extends completely around the outer ring, is open radially inwardly, and has a round cross-section. The inner ring is one-piece and has a round cross-section in an area of the outer surface and is made of a single flexible material.

Abstract

A lock system includes a first lock and a second lock each with two profile strips operable for engagement with an at least partially flexible bundle and effective to enable a connection of a first bundle with a second bundle in a closed docking position and for guidance of a flow in a flow direction through lock members from the first bundle into the second bundle in an open docking position. The second bundle provides the lock members facing toward the first bundle, which lock members in the open docking position engage the lock members of the first bundle and jointly with the lock members of the first bundle form a flow channel for flow in the flow direction. Additionally, a slider for connecting and separating such locks is provided.

Abstract

A closure having two profile strips for an at least partially flexible container for connecting a first container to a second container in a manner sealed against the environment in a such a way that a closed docking position can be obtained. Further the closure provides for conducting a flow in a sealed manner against the environment in a flow direction through the closure from the first container into the second container in such a way that an open docking position can be obtained. According to the described system, the second container facing the first container is designed with an identical closure that engages in the closure of the first container in the open docking position and forms a channel for the flow in the flow direction together with the closure.

Abstract

A method for contamination-free docking of a first at least partially flexible receptacle to a second at least partially flexible receptacle. The receptacles include, at least in part, films having outer sides that can be solidly welded, and inner sides can be detachably welded. According to the described system, a solid connection between the receptacles is produced outside the detachably welded inner sides in order to create a channel between the receptacles. The channel is opened by loosening the connection between the inner sides.
