Abstract

The invention relates to a shoe insert (10) comprising a spring steel plate (18) which extends substantially over the entire length of the shoe insert (10) and has a transverse profile (32) at least in sections in the longitudinal direction (L) of the shoe insert (10) such that the spring steel plate (18) is rigid in the profile longitudinal direction (Q) yet is flexible in the profile transverse direction (transverse to Q), and which elastically resets after loading, and comprising a plastic layer (20) in which the spring steel plate (18) is embedded. According to the invention, the plastic layer (20) is formed from a closed-pore foam with a Shore A hardness between approximately 5 and approximately 25, preferably between approximately 10 and approximately 15, which fills in the entire transverse profile (32) of the spring steel plate (18) both on the upper side thereof as well as on the under side thereof, and adheres to the spring steel plate.

Abstract

An insole (10) for a shoe, having: a spring steel plate (50), which is stiff in the transverse direction of the sole, particularly in the ball region of the foot, vertically flexible in the longitudinal direction of the sole and restores itself elastically after loading, wherein the spring steel plate (50) has a transverse profile (55) substantially over the entire sole region running preferably normal to the longitudinal direction of the sole; and a plastic layer in which the spring steel plate (50) is arranged, wherein the plastic layer is a polyurethane gel layer (18) with a Shore hardness 00 of 45-70.
