Abstract

The invention relates to a system and a method for legally compliant documentation of health-relevant and safety-relevant process events in a food processing plant. The system comprises a workstation, an acquisition device, an auditor device, a report generator and a signing device. The acquisition device is assigned to the workstation and is configured to automatically acquire plant-related process variables. The auditor device, on the other hand, is configured to analyze the acquired process variables and identify a trigger event. Further, the auditor device is capable of generating a first data set including at least one of the acquired process variables and/or an information value about the trigger event. The report generator is adapted to determine a signing device responsible for the first data set. In addition, the report generator may generate a requirement data set comprising a signature requirement and at least part of the first data set. This requirement data set may be transmitted to the responsible signing device. The signing device is adapted to generate a requirement data set comprising an electronic signature for at least part of the requirement data set.

Abstract

In a dynamic scale for flat goods on their sides, and a control method therefor, flat goods are transported with a continuous counting of encoder pulses, and a weight measurement of a moving flat good is started when the trailing edge of the flat good has reached a first sensor. Abstract

A feed station has a pre-separation region, a separation region and a transport region in succession along a transport path. A first sensor is at the start of the separation region and a second sensor is at the start of the transport region. Abstract

Feed station with a pre-separation region, a separation region, and a transport region that is arranged after the separation region on the transport path in the transport direction. The separation region is a segment of a transport path on a feed deck, situated between separation rollers of a separation device, and is formed in multiple stages. Abstract

A franking machine has an ink jet printing device with exchangeable ink cartridges. The lower housing shell of a security housing of the franking machine has a sealable, shaft-shaped opening in the base and is designed to accommodate assemblies that can be contaminated with ink. These assemblies are situated in a non-secure region of the franking machine and are accessible via the aforementioned opening when a cover of the shaft-shaped opening is opened. A servicing procedure allows the franking machine to be retrofitted to print with a different ink color. After moving the print carriage in one direction and opening a cartridge flap, the ink cartridges can be removed. A displacement of the print carriage takes place after closing the cartridge flap, wherein the print carriage is moved in the opposite direction so that the print carriage arrives in the sealing position for ink cartridges. A box-shaped mod can now be removed from the franking machine. Servicing of the ink-contaminated modules subsequently takes place via the aforementioned opening.
