A quick-action door includes a flexible door leaf (12; 14) and a rotatable shaft configuration including at least one rotatable shaft (8), which is configured for the winding-on of the door leaf (12; 14). The door leaf (12; 14) is made from a felt material (32; 36). The felt material (32; 36) is provided with a vapor diffusion-proof coating (34) on at least one surface.
The invention relates to a high-speed door comprising a flexible door leaf (12; 14), at least one rotatable shaft (8) which is designed to wind up the door leaf (12; 14), and a door frame (2), against which at least one contact region (28) of the door leaf (12; 14) sealingly rests in the closed state of the high-speed door. First magnetic holding elements (26) are arranged in the door frame (2), and second magnetic holding elements (30; 44) are arranged in the door leaf (12; 14) in the contact region (28) such that the door leaf (12; 14) is magnetically kept in contact with the door frame (2).
A quick-action roll-up door (1) for a cold storage room has a flexible door panel (5), which is windable onto a horizontal shaft (4) in a vertical running direction for purposes of closing a door opening (2) bounded by a door frame (3). A winding drive (6) opens and closes the door, together with a pressure application frame (8), subjecting the door panel in a closing position to force, transverse to a planar face of the door panel, in the direction of the door frame. Furthermore, device features are provided, which apply force to the pressure application frame in the direction of the door frame when the roll-up door is closed, and relieve it when it is opened. The device features have a traction drive (14), which is functionally connected to the winding drive for the door panel, and which controls the movement of the pressure application frame.

The invention relates to a high-speed door (1) having a door leaf (5) with a vertical running direction and a winding drive for opening and closing the door. For this purpose, the door leaf (5) has at its lower end a winding core (9), on which at least a lower part of the door leaf (5) can be wound for opening the door.

A door includes a door leaf (1) with a vertical running direction and a drive (7) for opening and closing the door. A braking device (8) is provided, and this is configured such that the door leaf (1) cannot be moved in the closure direction solely by a weight force thereof, but only with the assistance of the drive (7).

The fast-action portal has a portal frame (1) and a portal door (5). The portal door (5) can be moved relative to the portal frame (1) by winding in the vertical direction, to which end it has a winding mechanism (10). On its sides which are vertical in the closed position the portal door (5) is magnetically joined to the portal frame (1) so as to achieve a good seal between the portal frame and the portal door.

The invention relates to a door having a door leaf (1) with a vertical running direction and a drive (7) for opening and closing the door. A brake device (8) is provided, which is designed in such a way that the door leaf (1) can be moved not only by the effect of its weight force, but rather by support of the drive (7), in the closing direction.
A lock, which is designed as a panic lock for a door of freezing room, includes a chassis (1, 2) and a latch bolt (3), which is displaceably guided into the chassis, impinged upon by a spring force in the direction of extension and beveled at least on one side. A two-part nut is rotationally mounted inside the lock. The inside part is able to be actuated by an inner operating lever, including an inner catch which enables the latch bolt (3) to be actuated at least in the insertion direction. An outer nut part (7), which can be actuated by an outer operating lever, includes an outer catch (10) enabling the latch bolt (3) to be actuated in the insertion and extraction direction. When the operating lever is not actuated, structure (15, 16) places the catch (10) of the nut part (7) in a neutral position in which the catch (10) is not in contact with the latch bolt (3). Structure (21-24) are also provided for locking the outer catch (10) in the neutral position thereof.
The invention relates to a lock which is designed as a panic lock for a door of freezing room and comprises a chassis (1, 2) and a latch bolt (3) which is displacably guided into said chassis, impinged upon by a spring force in the direction of extension and bevelled at least on one side. A two-part nut is rotationally mounted inside the lock, the inside part being able to be actuated by an inner operating lever, comprising an inner catch which enables the latch bolt (3) to be actuated at least in the insertion direction and the outer nut part (7) which can be actuated by means of a outer operating lever, comprises an outer catch (10) enabling the latch bolt (3) to be actuated in the insertion and extraction direction. When the operating lever is not actuated, means (15, 16) place the catch (10) of the nut part (7) in a neutral position in which the catches (10) are not in contact with the latch bolt (3). Means (21–24) are also provided for locking the outer catch (10) in the neutral position thereof.
