Abstract

The invention relates to a travel tube piece (28) for a roller coaster arrangement (10), said piece comprising a travel tube (28a) and a travel tube coupling body (28b) which is fixedly connected to the side of the travel tube (28a) at a travel tube end (46) in the tangential direction (T) of the travel tube (28a) by means of a connecting surface (60) between the travel tube coupling body (28b) and the travel tube (28a). The travel tube coupling body (28b) also has a through-hole (56) extending through the travel tube coupling body (28b) in the tangential direction (T) of the travel tube (28a) for receiving a connection element (54) using which the travel tube (28a) can be detachably connected to an additional travel tube at the abutting ends via a clamping connection, wherein the extent (A) in the tangential direction (T) of the travel tube (28a) of the connecting surface (60) is greater than the extent (B) of the through-hole (56).
