Abstract

The present invention addresses the problem of providing a rental vehicle operation management and commodity purchase database creation system which makes it possible to enjoy an advantage according to a degree of a contribution by a user or a facility provider. As a solution, there is provided a rental vehicle operation management and commodity purchase database creation system (100) provided with a user terminal (200) connectable to a network (400) and a management server (300), the rental vehicle operation management and commodity purchase database creation system (100) being such that: a user reads information relating to a rental vehicle (500) and a purchased commodity from a rental vehicle tag (510) and the purchased commodity, and the information is transmitted to the management server (300) together with user information and terminal position information of the user terminal (200); and a server-side execution control unit (330) refers, on the basis of received information, to a user information database (321), a facility-specific information database (322), a rental-vehicle-specific information database (323), and a purchased commodity database (325) that are stored in a server-side storage unit (320), and adds a point to a return facility provider or the user of the rental vehicle (500).

Abstract

The present invention addresses the problem of increasing the motivation to bind recyclable waste paper with paper twine, saving paper manufacturers' time and labor, avoiding generation of vinyl twine waste, and promoting an uninterrupted recycling system. As a solution to the problem, this recyclable waste paper collection system is provided with: a mobile terminal (12) owned by a consumer (10); a weight sensor which measures the weight of recyclable waste paper (22) put out by the consumer; a consumer data reading device which reads consumer data (24) that is associated with the recyclable waste paper (22) and that identifies the consumer; and a paper twine detection device which detects whether or not the recyclable waste paper (22) put out by the consumer is bound with special paper twine (21) imparted with a special color or a special pattern. On the basis of the weight data, discount value data is calculated and transmitted to the consumer's mobile terminal (12), wherein when purchasing a predetermined product that uses recycled paper, the consumer can use the discount value data to have the purchase price discounted.

Abstract

The present invention addresses the problem of providing a rental vehicle operation management system with which it is possible to enjoy benefits that correspond to the degree of contribution of a facility provider in the operation of a rental vehicle system and also possible for a user side to enjoy benefits as well. As a solution, there is provided a rental vehicle operation management system (100) provided with a user terminal (200) connectable to a network (400), and a management server (300), the rental vehicle operation management system (100) being such that: a user reads information about a rental vehicle (500) from a rental vehicle tag (510), and the information is transmitted to the management server (300) together with terminal position information detected by a terminal position information detection unit (240); and a server-side execution control unit (330) refers, on the basis of received information, to a user information database (321), a facility-specific information database (322), and a rental-vehicle-specific information database (323) that are stored in a server-side storage unit (320), and adds a point to the return facility provider or the user of the rental vehicle (500).

Abstract

[Problem] To provide an adsorbent, a contaminated water treatment body, and a landfill treatment site/paved road using the adsorbent, the adsorbent having a simple and effective structure that uses fine particulate clay minerals and exhibits highly efficient adsorption properties. [Solution] An adsorbent formed by mixing fine particulate clay minerals having adsorption properties with nanocellulose so as to be supported by the nanocellulose. The clay minerals can be allophane and/or imogolite. The adsorbent can be used in contaminated water treatment bodies, landfill treatment sites and paved roads.

Abstract

A method of detoxifying harmful substances released from wastes and waste incineration ash or from molten slag, etc., in which the diffusion of the harmful substances can be properly prevented at low cost without imposing any burden on the environment.  Also provided are a waste disposal site and a paved road. A water-permeable clay mineral is disposed so as to be close to and/or in contact with harmful substances, such as heavy metals and organic pollutants, released from wastes and waste incineration ash or from molten slag, etc. so that the harmful substances come into contact with the water-permeable clay mineral and are thereby adsorbed onto the water-permeable clay mineral.  Thus, the harmful substances are adsorbed and fixed.  By mixing and/or kneading a water-permeable clay mineral with wastes or waste incineration ash, harmful substances are more effectively adsorbed and fixed onto the water-permeable clay mineral.
