SEALING DISK FOR THE INDUCTION SEALING OF A CONTAINER
The invention relates to a sealing disk (10) for closing openings of containers (5), which sealing disk has an edge (11) that fits an edge of the opening. A film (20) serves to inductively couple heat into the sealing disk (10). A sealing layer (25) on the side of the film (20) facing the interior of the container (5) serves to seal the sealing disk (10) onto the edge of the opening of the container (5) in a sealing manner. One or more layers (30) are arranged on the side of the film (20) facing away from the sealing layer (25). A part of the sealing disk (10) is designed as a handle (35) for opening the opening of the container (5) closed by means of the sealing disk (10). At least one of the layers (30) has weakening lines (36) on the side of the film (20) facing away from the sealing layer (25), which weakening lines serve to form an outline of the handle (35). At least one of the weakening lines (36) leads in the direction of the center of the sealing disk (10) from a starting point (12) at the edge (11) of the sealing disk (10). An area section (37) is constructed adjacently to the weakening lines (36) in such a way that a layer having an adhesion-reducing application (31) is arranged between two of the layers (30) or between the film (20) and the lowest of the layers (30).
A sealing disc for closing mouths of containers has a foil for inductively introducing heat into the sealing disc. The sealing disc has an edge region. A sealing layer is provided on the side of the foil that is to face the interior of the container, for sealing tight the edge region of the sealing disc on the mouth of the container. One or more layers are located on the side of the foil that is remote from the sealing layer. Further, a hand grip is formed as part of the sealing disc and serves to open the mouth of the container that is closed by the sealing disc. On the side that is remote from the sealing layer, the layer or layers are provided with weakening lines for forming an outline of the hand grip. In addition, a handle (35) is configured as part of the sealing disc (10) and is used to open the opening of the container (5) that is sealed with the sealing disc (10). The layer or layers (30) on the side facing away from the sealing layer (25) are provided with tear lines (36) to form an outline of the handle (35). The tear lines (36) extend into the edge region (11) of the sealing disc (10).
