Abstract

A cutting system for cutting steel and concrete structures, where each of two legs of a U-shaped frame (5) comprises each one arm (2, 3), one of which being connected to a motor (4), adapted to tension a rod (1) covered with diamonds, said arms (2, 3) being adapted to displace the rod (1) to and fro in the direction of the axis of the rod, the motor (4) being adapted to rotating the rod (1) simultaneously with the axial displacement, and said frame (5) being secured to a feeding arrangement (6) clamped to the structure to be cut and providing movement of the frame (5) corresponding with the cut in the structure.

Abstract

Wire drive wheel for a diamond wire machine, said wheel comprising a hub (3) to be connected with a driving shaft by a spline coupling (5), a liner (2) surrounding the hub (3) and being connected to the hub (3) by a claw coupling having corresponding inclined driving flanks (11), inner (1) and outer (2) wheel covers on each side of the hub (3) and the liner (2) maintain the hub and the liner in place by centering grooves and edges respectively in the covers, the liner and the hub.
