Abstract

An objective of the present invention is to provide: a pyrolysis device capable of recovering substantially all of an organic substance in a waste product as a carbonate without discharging substantially any greenhouse gases, including carbon dioxide, by pyrolyzing the waste product without burning; and a method for manufacturing, by using the pyrolysis device, a pyrolysis residue containing calcium carbonate. The present invention provides a pyrolysis device including: at least a pyrolysis treatment tank for pyrolyzing a substance, the pyrolysis treatment tank being provided with an air introduction port on an upper surface or a side surface, and an oxygen discharge port on a side surface bottom portion or a bottom surface; a magnet unit positioned at a bottom portion of the pyrolysis treatment tank; and a heating means. Also provided is a method for manufacturing, by using the pyrolysis device, a pyrolysis residue containing calcium carbonate from an object to be treated that contains at least an animal/plant-derived organic substance.

Abstract

[Problem] To appropriately provide a glove that does not readily come off. [Solution] This glove 1 made of resin has finger areas 21–25 covering fingers H1–H5 of a user and a main area 26 covering the area from finger bases 210–250, which are the bases of the fingers H1–H5, to the wrist of the user. Each of lengths L1–L5 of the finger areas 21–25 is shorter than the length of the respective finger H1–H5 of the user. Narrowed parts 211–252 are provided to the areas of the finger bases 210–250 in the finger areas 21–25.

Abstract

A leather product provided with glossy fast print without any detriment to the inherent drape of leather through realization of application of a thermal sublimation transfer technique to natural leather. There is provided a sublimation transfer print coated leather produced by transferring of an image containing a sublimable dye onto a surface of leather sequentially furnished with a monolayer or multilayer type undercoat layer containing a resin for general leather coating and an upper coat layer containing a dyeing resin and a crosslinking agent optionally together with a peel layer consisting of a peel resin. Further, there is provided a process for producing a sublimation transfer print coated leather by transferring an image onto a leather surface according to a thermal sublimation transfer technique.
